I don't know if its a card catcher issue or PT4, but hands are importing into PT4 but no HUD is popping up.

If you're having an issue, please send a message to support and attach logs. You can click settings in the catcher, create log, and send the .zip file.

We've done a ton more testing over the past 24 hours, and not seeing any problems. The only issue is Ignition had a period yesterday where there were a lot of DC's. Seems that's corrected. And they also have some MTT's where the player number is 0. That's something we hope they'll address here soon.

But I need to know what games you're playing. I played several sessions w/ PT4 and HM2 with 4 tables, opening and closing tables. So did our testers. So if you do see something, please send a log.

Also, make sure to double check your Site import options folder. I did have one test system where I had the DB open and installed and the database cleared my auto import folder (this was HM2). I put the folder back in and it worked fine again. Make sure you have the latest versions of your database as well.

You probably need to update to the latest PT4.

Every session on Bodog the card catcher is missing a few big pots.

Probably not, but I think the issue is that since the update Ignition/Bodog is sending some garbled data and not sending posted BB's for some reason. And when that happens your player ID becomes something other than hero and it appears like data is missing, but it's there under a different PX player name.

I believe we have a fix in place though, so finishing some testing. Just standard Saturday fun.

Got a lot of problems in my last session with the catcher:

-In some tables HUD didnt pop up
-In some tables the player huds got in wrong places
-In some tables HUD poped up,but it didint track hands of the table

It's related to my previous, but also you don't have preferred seating configured correctly in the card catcher settings and ignition. You need to set those.

This should address any of the remaining issues. If you're not getting a HUD w/ HM2 -
1) Update to the latest HM2.
2) Make sure site import options are set.

PT4 has zero problems.

If your HUD is out of position -
1) Click on settings in the catcher. Set the same preferred seating position you set on ignition in the card catcher and click save.

Another note we discovered through support for those who were having issues w/ a HUD loading on some table. We saw 2 instances of this in support and both had the enable PS mode set in settings on the catcher. This will not work w/ the new updated lobby (because Ignition/Bodog changed the window titles). So you need to have this unchecked and you should be fine.

the catcher is creating duplicate entries (multi-entry) whenever i move tables. It is very difficult to purge these from PT4 for some reason

You're saying in MTT's I assume? Can you send support a log? I haven't seen anything like that so I'd need to see your log to understand what you mean.

just wanted to pop in and say ive been using the initial rollout version of the new catcher and it's been working flawlessly for the past few days.

You probably need to update and have the first build after the ignition update where there was garbled data and Hero was assigned a random player ID. Just update to the latest build in this thread and you should be good.

It's the officially released version now with the zero Hero fix. I played w/ the 8.9 version by accident the other day and didn't notice until after that it didn't assign hero on one of the my tables because of the garbled data from Ignition. So make sure you have this one so you don't miss any data. This one is solid, cash, S&G and MTT.
