Yes - hands are importing with the converter. Is there something I need to change? A folder I need to delete/move? Guess I'm unsure why this doesn't happen with every hand. Only some of them.

I've done that and installed it successfully and still having the same issue. The card catcher recognizes the tables, but PT4 doesn't.

Un-link your alias in your database for PS HERO and ipoker HERO and this data won't show together. Just click on the funky looking player icon at the top left of PT4 and it should show your hero names, remove one of them.

Ok, that's different than what you were describing, but if your Pt4 isn't picking up hands then you need to check your ipoker hand folder. Make sure that it's listing the card catcher hand folder. Also if your PT4 hasn't been updated in a while, I'd recommend updating.

I've updated to the newest version of PT4 and it still seems to be having the same issues. I'm actually now running the BetOnLine card catcher as well and it's not working (sometimes) either. Is there something super obvious I'm doing wrong? The weird thing is it works some of the time.



Is this the info you need about the file paths for iPoker? It all seems to be in order as you described.

This is what "view import status" in PT4 shows. I've closed all other poker clients and I'm just running Ignition + Ignition Card Catcher + PT4.

some type of error is occurring where the card catcher is not classifying me as Hero on all tables. Cards are being picked up and imported but on 3 tables im listed hero and on 1 table just a random number - just updated to latest version too and it is still happening

Make sure you're shutting down the card catcher in between sessions. If you open and close your poker client, you need to stop and start the HUD again or close it. The site issues a new hand shake each time you open and close it. I'm guessing that's your issue.

I'd also update to the latest PT4. You may have an older version that isn't supporting some of the ipoker HUD configs.

What version of the catcher are you running please? Is this 8.6? I have another version I'm posting here to address some MTT issues, and it might be related, because starting about a month ago, some of the tables were cutting off the player data info, and when this happened the catcher would assign a random name. Strange weird new bug on Ignition's side that I believe we have a work around for now.

BTW, do you have any idea why (as you can see in my previous post) PT4 is picking up Winamax as one of the sites to import from? I'm not running this network, it's not even installed on my comp. Have you had it happen before where PT4 recognizes Ignition (+Ignition Card Catcher) or BetOnLine (+BetOnLine Card Catcher) as Winamax for some reason? Or is this likely an issue separate from your software that I need to address with PT4 support?

Ok, yeah, and I'll post the 8.7 version. It seems to be running much better w/ MTT's. We've been testing it for over a week+ now.

I'm having an issue where the HUD never stays in the correct position. After a hand it will move to incorrect positions. And it wont stay on 9 max.

You have preferred seating on, and not set in the catcher. Click on settings, and then set the same preferred seating you're using on ignition and click save.

Yeah, I'm not sure about the winmax, but if you remove any directory you have for it, then it shouldn't show as an import for PT4. You can ask them as well. But my first assumption is a site setting directory is listed somewhere, otherwise there's no reason it should be looking for it.

The program does have auto update, but we don't put every update as auto update. But funny you say this though because the latest was put up yesterday as an auto update - v.8.7.

It's super tilting to have to input your serials every time it updates. Please tell me you guys are working on a fix for that.

It's not an issue of having to do this on updates, but it will happen for anyone who was on an older version that was on the old license server (that doesn't exist anymore). We have to delete the license file to make sure it doesn't lock to the old one (and cause issues). Once you're up to date, any updates won't cause you to have to re-enter anymore.

Haha yeah. So for some reason i have to enter serials often it seems. Sometimes I'll turn it on and it will have forgotten my cash games or sometimes it forgets my tournaments one. It's weird. I mean I feel like I've entered serials on the catcher and converter 10-15 times this year.

Well, if that's not hyperbolic then maybe you have a MAC address issue going on w/ your system. If you contact support, they can give you some instruction on how to check this. If you did go back and forth between older and newer versions a few times, this unregister will happen. But if it's continually happening, something is screwy on your system, but easily fixable.

Hi I got problems since the newest update....My card catcher doesnt pop up automatically when I open tables and when I do it manually it showes only the hands that I already played and isnt tracking the hands while I am playing...Any help?
