that happens when you open more than 1 tourney table from the same tourney, it alternates the HUD display between the table you're sitting at and the table you have open browsing.

Running into same MTT HUD Problems as above post.. I have to manually re-arrange stats every time I start a MTT and or switch tables. I have my default seat set up in the card catcher but dont see the option for it in pt4 (ipoker)

You don't need to configure preferred seating in HM2, in fact, remove it if it's set. You need to set the seating in ignition settings, and then match these seats to the preferred seating config in the card catcher and save. If you do this it should work fine.

Yes, you can use any of the latest versions of HM2 w/ the card catcher. The only thing that will be impacted is if you use our ignition hand converter. You can't have known hole cards turned on in settings if you use the latest version, but you can still convert hands if you want.

There's nothing in their TOS against it. They've allowed HUDs on there for years now. I've never heard of anyone having a problem, including myself, and I've played on there for ~10 years now, Bodog, Bovada, Ignition.

If I'm understanding your question correctly, HM2 will work with Ignition/Bodog when you use it w/ the Ignition card catcher. HM2 does not natively support Ignition/Bodog.

You probably went from a really old version that is stuck on the old license server that melted 7 months ago. In this case you'll need to:

Download and install the latest version here:

Then re-register and you'll be good from this point forward.

Every session the catcher is missing a handful of hands. Is this a known issue? I am forced to download the hands in order to reconcile what was missed. It is pretty frustrating.

I'm using HEM2 if that matters.

If the catcher is loaded and not stopped, then yes, it will continue to catch hands until it's been turned off or you're kicked from the table.

My best suggestion is just watch the tutorial video on the catcher. It's 3-4 mins and will cover what you need to know to have everything working correctly. There's a button right on the main interface when you load it. You can also go through the steps in the manual for HM2 which is here:

Friend messaged me with a solution but I do not see an files in the hidden folder..

I find the hidden folder, but there is no files in the sharedlicenses folder..

Maybe someone else will find it and it will work?

I deleted Card catcher and the Hidden folder which had nothing in it, and went to the website, downloaded it again and put in my Key, it seems to have activated now...
