is there a way to catch the cards if your opponent mucks at showdown but does not actually show cards?

Moved to this thing since Ignition doesn't seem interested in fixing HH. QQ- does it matter if the tables are overlapping at all, or stacked? Will things still work? I got everything working very quickly with one table, but figured I'd ask this before scaling up.

Yes, it manually updates when we put up full releases. Some releases aren't auto updated, but we put those in here and our forums.

Stacking, and tiling and anything of that nature have no effect on the ignition card catcher.

I am having an issue where the card catcher is not picking up on tournament table changes. It still shows the old table number in the UI but it is writing hand histories with the correct table number. If I restart the card catcher it starts working but then the player names for the tournament don't start with the player number.

What version are you using please? I know this is a new issue with HM2 and auto loading the HUD, and we tried to address this already.

I'm using PT4 version 4.14.17 and Ignition Card Catcher version 2.07.9

Open the card catcher and click on settings. Click on the CREATE LOGS button. The card catcher will then create the logs and zip them. When the files are complete, you'll get a message that they are save in the card catcher directory with a hyper link to the folder button (click on the folder text). This will open up file explorer. In there you'll see a file that will roughly be names something like this: bcc-logs-2016-11-15-16-44-44.zip. It will have the date of when you created it and it will be a ZIP file (end in .zip). Send this file back to us at support and we'll have a developer look at your issue.

If the software is not going to auto update, it would be really nice if I could manually update using the software instead of having to check your site for updates constantly and if I didn't have to re-register the software every time I update it.

It has happened to every MTT I've played on Ignition. I'll get the logs and send them in.

Thank you. In the meantime you can go back to the previous version since this is just effecting HM2 w/ the auto HUD load. If you go 7.6 or earlier versions you won't have this issue.

Yes, but not at the same time. The format that each of those databases uses is slight different. So you'd have to set one, and then catch and then the other. You can try and take the hands from the PT4 original hands that the catcher writes and manually import into HM2. PT4 formatting is a little better, and it might work but I honestly have not tried.

I am having this issue running PokerTracker 4. Unless you are saying the latest version of the card catcher just has changes to fix an HM2 issue.

I need 7.7 that one worked fine on iginition. I saw the update for 2.7.9 and what do you know it has sooo many f issues... dont even know why I updated and ****ed myself like this

Well, the only issue right now is w/ HM2 and some MTTs. But I have the 7.8 link here below. 7.7 was taken down sometime back.

Anyone else having this issue?

My hud shows my stats sometimes and sometimes it works perfectly.

Picture:

Red = My stats for whatever reason?
Green = How my HUD should look on all tables.
It happens randomly when a game opens or a table closes or just when it feels like it.


I emailed support and they said it's a PT4 issue but it works on Pokerstars with no issues so i'm leaning toward the card catcher.

Not sure why this is happening and wondering if anyone else has this issue?

I'll stop the importer and then start it again and it works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't.

Edit: I also get this window sometimes where it shows 1 of 1 tables and the only thing I can click is "matches" (this was taken when I had 3 tables)
