Can you send me the hand of the STT you played you said isn't working (and any details about the specific tournament - DON, triple up etc.). I just played a 6-max one right now after you said this, came up just fine as 6 player.

Hud is working fine, issues are with tourney results, field sizes, finish position, prizes. Says i finish all tourneys as 25th, even in 6 max stt which are recognized as mtts.

I understand that. We're just not seeing that on our end. You're using v 7.1 correct? What I was asking was what kind of STT is this specifically? Again, is it DON, Triple up, etc.. ? Can you send a couple of these STT's to our support please? I just want to see if there's a header problem or something going on.

Can you guys look at fixing these issues for the next version please:

1. The HUDs still don't resize correct when going from a small to a maximize table. The older versions pre Bovada upgrade worked perfectly until it was changed.
2. Can this new feature of having to start BCC before tables open be removed? It's a really pain if the software closes by accident and we have to reopening all 6-8 MTT tables.
3. On that note, if that feature can't be removed, can you add a "minimize to tray icon" option like PT4 uses?

Having a weird problem.. had to reinstall Windows 10 after my motherboard died, and now BCC is asking me to enter the registration code every time I open it. Same thing is happening with table tamer. Is there some security setting I need to disable? Tried to google but found nothing relevant..

How do I get the HUD to be in the right spot? I'm using holdem manager. And when i try to move the HUD to the correct position it throws it all off on another table I'm at. So for me to use the HUD on multiple tables I basically have to align all of the stats randomly around the table and then search for the player number and the corresponding stat for him which takes forever.

I think this would be kinda cool. Like you play back at each position under the assumption that its one villain; taking advantage of population tendencies.
But then I don't know... The population tendency would be different for someone playing with 30bb compared to someone with 100bb. Probably, population analysis with the converter is best.
I think if this makes sense.

If so then the converter works great for that. It also works great for analyzing population frequencies. The question to me seemed he wanted the population stats in real time since he mentioned a HUD.

Either way I recommend getting the converter to study zone. Its definitely worth it.

You can use the bovada hand converter for that. It's great because it will do zone, you can see all opponent hole cards. It's a great study tool, and highly recommend it.

If for the first time you have several tables open and the hud spots aren't aligned, it will move them across all of your tables. Once you get it setup and saved on just one that's loaded, then it will load in the correct spots from then on.

Yeah, I played a 1200+ hand session last night with cash and MTTs and was shocked to see there hadn't been one single hand dropped. It's working amazing. I'm using 2.07.1.

1. HM2 missed hands during session fixed - again.

2. S&G place finished fixed.

Finally got a work around in for HM2 hands. This one should work well now.

edit- Ok, so from reading the Converter thread I understand separate dbs is necessary if I want to see opponent's hole cards in PT4, which I do. How do I go about setting the BCC in a new database so that when I have PT4 start getting hands they go into that db and not my converter db. sorry if these are basic Qs but I haven't touched a database since Black Friday
