New to BCC. Using with HEM2.

How do I view my Bovada tournament HHs in HEM? In HEM, for Hero alias's all I see is my WPN alias, nothing for Bovada and nowhere to view Bovada HHs for tourneys I played yesterday as far as I can tell.

Yeah, if you're using ipoker mode for the catcher you shouldn't be dropping hands. Right now we have a dead blind issue that is causing hands to be dropped, but that would be maybe 1-3 hands a session (most sessions it will be 0). It's going to be fixed this next build hopefully mon. or tuesday. But yes, since the Bovada software update we've been trying to get it back to 100%. I'm hoping this next build does the trick.

No, I don't think so. You are using table finder correct? The HUD doesn't auto come up in HM2 like it does in PT4. You have to manually add the HUD to the table (see tutorial video in app).

I'm super impressed with this .9 version. I've been running it non stop for several days and have had zero errors and it looks like it's picked up every hand. I'm playing SNG's.

I'm having the same issue, I have auto-center on for ipoker on pt4, and preferred seating set up for the catcher and bovada. It seems to start out fine, but people getting moved and knocked out seems to cause a problem.

(I'm in 2 tournaments right now, the one that just started is perfect, the one that has been running for 2.5 hours only has hero in the right spot.)

I'm running the 6.9 build and the latest version of PT4. I have preferred seating set for seat 7 in bovada and the catcher. It works great for cash games and the initial table of an mtt. Once I'm moved to a different table in an mtt the stats are randomly rotated out of position.

The work around I use is to close the new mtt table and then bring it back up through the "take my seat" button in the tourney lobby. I can visually see bovada rotate the table until I'm in my preferred seat. Then the stats are in the proper position. I have to do this each time I'm moved to another table.

Maybe bovada is handling table switches differently now. It appears that during a switch now I am put directly in my preferred seat. I think that before the bovada update I would see the rotation at the new table (like when bringing up a cash game), although I don't remember for sure.

I haven't been playing since november. I have HEM2 and I was using an older version because an update that came out for HEM2 wasn't compatible with BCC. I'm having trouble as my table finder wont find the tables i'm on. Is the new updates for HEM2 now compatible so if I have to update my HEM2 it will work with BCC.

I've been out of the loop for a few months thanks.

just updated my bcc but hands aren't importing. If I double click on hud stats they seem to update but the hands aren't showing up in HEM2. I just started playing again so not sure if I need to change my settings in HEM. I saw something about Ipoker and changing from pokerstars hero to Ipoker because of some changes?

In your ribbon tab click on the tournament button (T), and then in your upper left hand corner there's a big box that says target player. Click and put in the name hero (and look for the one that is for ipoker). Double click to switch.

2. Fixed issue when hand was missed if players posted dead blind.
3. Fixed seat position issue after moving on new table in MTT.

If you're using preferred seating, then you need to set it in settings on the converter, and settings on Bovada. If you're not, then just load one table, unlock your HUD position, move them to the correct position, lock and save. They will load in the correct spots after that.
