This has to do w/ your database, not ICC. Whatever HUD you're using is recognizing the table (I'm assuming HM2 because it seems to do this the most), and apply the hud overlay.

Actually, I do use PT4 not HM2, but thanks for the response. I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "apply hud overlay" or how to do this. Sorry, am fairly new to this software and I know its not your product, but would you be able to point me in the right direction, or should i bring this to the PT4 thread?

No. You have to turn it off in the Ignition client. Go to Settings, Game Play Settings, Seating.
When I turned it off here it has worked so far, but I have to rotate the hero player to match the hud on other tables

I'm having a new issue after the most recent update. Prior to the update, the alignment of a player's stats was correct across all tables in HEM2. Now the only thing that remains consistent is the location of my own personal stats, but all of the other seats are incorrect. If I correct the problem on one table, it displays incorrectly on the other tables.

Is anyone else having this issue w/ HEM2? Any solution?

Just had the same situation this morning worked on 2/3 of my tables this morning. Waiting on hands on 1 while the other huds picked up. Stats did record in hm2. Playing 6 max and took off preferred seating and hud seating is showing correct positions on 6 max tables where the hud is capturing hands and displaying stats.

Yes, we're pretty close to being done.

The only temp work around right now is if you have preferred seating off and play the same table size type, it's fine. Mix table types and the tables will be off.

My hud overlay is showing up fine but player #s are seemingly random so I cant determine which seats to assign each stat group to. Has anyone else had or been able to fix this issues? Thanks

edit: tried downgrading to 9.3 and it seems to be working fine for now

Good, but that's strange. There's no difference between 9.3 and 9.4 other than the option setting for ignition's update.

Tournaments aren't complete w/ the new update. I'm not sure how many developers are going to be here this weekend. I thought they'd be done, but apparently ran into an issue w/ MTT's. But I'm glad it's working ok for you now.

I cant see the all in EV when converting my hands from the ignition hand converter with PT4 is there a way to remedy this?

What version of Pt4 are you running? I'd make sure you're up to date, reboot, make sure the catcher is running first, and you've selected to start auto importing hands in pt4 (like the manual / tutorial video show).
