I believe you're asking if you use the ignition hand converter + the card catcher will their be duplicates. No. They are imported under 2 different sites, so you can use them both at the same time. You have to switch between user ID's in PT4 to see the different data, but they store under separate user names.

BOL update seems to have screwed things up. BOL client now crashes as soon as you start the catcher.

What tab you're on in HM should have no impact on the HUD. No, I haven't heard of this since we've sold this product. Maybe update HM2 if you haven't in awhile?

im running the latest version of HM2
I think I read in this thread months ago people with the same issue

maybe you didnt understand my issue very well, my HUD doesnt show up on the table, unless I go to "active session" and manually select the table throught " table finder" on hm2

I can't connect to your reg server and left a support ticket. I excluded all processes in Bitdefender's Firewall and AV.

Ok, well let me know if this is resolved for you. I'd try temp turning off your bitdefender for sure, or adding an exception.

Any version from the last 6 months from the card catcher, and any semi-recent version of HM2, you won't need table finder. The HUD will just auto load.

I'm not sure if you caught the second half of my original question, but I'm using the latest versions HEM v2.0.0.8470 and Ignition Hand Converter v1.0.56 and there are still errors when importing the hands so none of them go through except the HU hands that went to showdown (so all the hands with unknown hole-card data aren't importing).

also, how can i find out how much longer my subscription is good for? I have the BOL/Ignition catcher combo but not sure how long to renewal. Id like to add the converter to this same license at a prorated price to where they would all be renewed at same time if possible
