Trust me when I say you didn't e-mail support. I'm happy to help you here though of course. But I think for whatever reason, people think the no-reply sales e-mail address is somewhere to respond to, even though we have an automated message (and maybe this goes to spam for some people), that this is not a monitored e-mail address and you need to e-mail support (with the address). They think they are contacting support, when they are not.
But any ways... Did you purchase the card catcher or the converter? This is the card catcher support thread. Sometimes people get them confused.
My best guess w/o knowing more info is perhaps the tournament version isn't registered anymore. Either it expired, or something in your hardware changed and unregistered it. Look at the top of your product and see if it still says it's registered for tournaments. If not, then just click on register and enter your serial. You might need to reset your license. If you do e-mail support they can also provide some step by steps depending on which product you have and more details.
