regarding mtt's - do players #'s that are auto generated stay the same throughout the whole MTT?? ie. first table i sit at i have player #74 on my right. We change tables multiple times but then are seated again at the same table. Is his number the same as it was at the first table allowing my notes to stay?

Yes, correct. They will stay the same number throughout the MTT. So player 74 is generated a random number, but the card catcher knows it's player 74 and assigns the same ID it did initially. Notes will be kept.

So if the 9.0 version of the catcher the latest now then?

Yes, correct. This is the latest version that works with the Ignition lobby update.

Why is this not coming up as an auto update though?

8.8 is the latest update. The 9.0 will be up as an auto update later this week.

The card catcher is picking up random zone hands when I play zone and have a reg table going. Is there anyway you can take a look at this. It produces duplicates when I import my zone hands with the converter. It happens randomly.

I am using PT4 and if you go through todays hands, every 10 or so hands there will be a zone hand under "view today's hands"


The reason it is a problem is if you import your zone converter hands to the same database, you will have random zone duplicates. One hand played as ipoker hero and the other as pokerstars hero. If you alias hero....

A temp fix is purging zone ipoker hands.

What version are you using? It was doing this in one of the first builds after the lobby update, but it should have been fixed.

I've been using the card catcher with PT4 just for running a HUD and want to start monitoring mtt results as well. Cash results display normally in PT4 but mtt's show up with a 100% loss rate, is this a known issue/ is there a database setting for imported hands that I can retroactively fix?

MTT results for most poker sites are not posted in databases unless they provide tournament summaries. S&G results are, but MTT results you will have the hands, date, type of MTT, and HUD, but not the result. When you cash you have to right click and edit the result.

Yw. As a coincidental side note, we may have figured out a way to get the MTT results after this latest Ignition update. I don't know for sure yet, but I have one of our developers that has been working on a method this past week and I think he's close. Fingers crossed.

I am using version 2.09.0 and it is still picking up zone hands. Is this the latest version?

Yes, that's the latest. I'll speak w/ the developers. Probably something in the latest update changed what was being picked up.

Having an issue which I can only assume is due to HUD missing a few hands. My HUD active session wins/losses are not adding up to a T with my balance.

Example, my start and ending balance from my last session reflect -$1,005.76, but the session summary shows -$1,017. I just noticed this issue, and for the past week was off by a total of $50 and wondering what's up since I never had this issue before. Each of my 6 sessions last week have been off by a bit, and one was off by $70. Anybody else experiencing this? Wondering if it has to do with the latest version? Obv not the biggest deal in the world to be off by $50 given 30+ hours at 400nl, but def liked it when things matched up a T and is buggin me a bit

You are using HM2 correct?

We've seen this w/ the latest lobby update and latest HM2. Interestingly if you go into the hm2 archive and re-import, the missing hands will import.

We're still investigating. If you can click on settings in the catcher, turn on advanced log and send us a log after you've played I can pass the data onto the developers. They need as much info as possible. Thanks.

Is the card catcher working with the new set up on ignition?

By default the hands are in c:/hm2archive. You can click on site settings in HM2 though to check your exact location. I'd just re-run an import of the folder, and those missing hands are imported. It's really strange that anything changed. Doesn't look like Pt4 was effected, just hm2. Still looking into it.

HUD is still not showing up for me on ignition zone poker using PT4 and the latest version of ignition card catcher HUD.

Watched the full tutorial and trouble shooted still nothing, are there any other guides elsewhere online or does anyone know why my HUD won't show up?

So is this still working with ignitions new set up? I just basically want to track my own play. Thanks

There's no HUD support for zone. It's anonymous site. There's no way to run a HUD on there. All other games will work.
