Just updated and played around 15 hands and its stuck saying 2 hands for each player.

Any advice?

The last version worked almost flawlessly

Player gets eliminated from sit n go , Hud still on screen

Huds going to incorrect players again , previous hand flash shows up in random spots

stuck on 15 hands for all players now on one table

The issue with the current version is related to S&G's, it's not a cash game issue. We'll issue an update for that here soon.

I am trying to set up the trial version with Holdem Manager 2. What do I have to do to make the HUD load automatically? The only way I can get the HUD on the table is to manually point HEM2 to the table.

I'm trying to use the Ignition Card Catcher with Hand2Note. I play SNGs. The hands are imported, but as cash game hands. Has anyone else been able to use Hand2Note on Ignition SNGs without this problem?

its certainly a cash game issue for me. with the newest version im getting the over-lapping or incorrectly placed hud. with this older version its just flat out not catching or converting because when I go to active sessions in HM2 its not showing a current session.

No worries. We want to get it functioning like it was again. That's the goal.

It's because you need to update your HM2 version. It won't auto load if you have a fairly older version of HM2 because of updates in ipoker.

That's different than what we're talking about. You just need to set your preferred seating correctly, or turn it off and position your HUD and you'll be fine. Set your preferred seating on ignition and in settings on the catcher.

Active sessions needs to be set by making sure your target player is set correctly in HM2 and your time zone offset is set correctly.

I've clearly done this as I've had the software for ~5 months and its been working perfectly fine till I received the email to update. Like I said, now that I've done so it will recognize all players at the table correctly except for one. that one will be double over-layed over another. if I manually drag it to the correct spot on one table it will mess up that corresponding seat on another table. if I drag that one back on the that table it will re-effect the original table, etc. etc.

Ok, so can you just try what I said then? Check your settings on ignition for preferred seating, and check that they are set for all of your table types in settings on the catcher. Your settings file might have been removed on install, and you need to reset it and save it.

having an issue with the hud not updating when moving tables in mtts. any ideas on how to fix this?

Using 7.7. Have my folders setup for iPoker. Preferred seating is OFF. HUD did come up although players are still in the wrong position. However I can finally see who is who (player #s were incorrect in earlier version).

According to PT4, HUD captured hands for 21 minutes (5:27 to 5:48) then all my stats stopped updating after that. Once it freezes I can no longer change HUD profiles or do anything really. It just stays on the table until I force close everything.

Just wanted to share my experience with the latest news/update. Trying everything that's been suggested.

What version of the catcher are you using? What version of your database?

What else do you have running? It's highly unlikely your freeze is related to the catcher. It's taking a small amount of memory, and it's susceptible to freezes. Can you email support about your setup? Need more info and your log file would also be helpful.

Sorry, I should ask also, you installed the 7.7s version correct? Were you using the 7.7 version before? Because the 7.7s version is literally the exact same code as 7.7 with 1/2 line of code changed to point to the new server. Literally nothing else is changed.

I'm not sure what you mean by names are not correct. I've never heard of anyone saying the names for players were incorrect. And yes, your HUD position will show up differently, this doesn't have to do w/ the catcher, it's with your database config. You just need to re-position and save where your players are loading.

2) Card catcher is asking me for license # every time I open the program. Is this normal for the time being?

3) About a week ago player names were a random spat of numbers. (ie instead PLR_38 it would say PLR9283749383 - again just an example; this looks to be fixed now)

5) Previous version I was using was the one from Feb. Version 2.08

6) Running a few six max tables at the moment and the HUD did pop up, but it again stopped capturing after 15 minutes. I can get through about three hands before it freezes.

Alright... so here's the deal. This version we took down the extra overlay as a precaution, and enabled two new settings in the catcher. This code is just like 7.7 before the HM2 auto launch. We tested everything over the last couple of days and it looks good. We had one issue, and it was an HM2 issue w/ the HUD launching. There were some exceptions that were out of the norm, and a re-install of HM2 resolved the issue. We're going to look into that more.

Since I know the update confused a lot of people, and there's some people saying they have issues, that are actually config issues or users not understanding the catcher, I was the clarify a couple of things:

1) Always best to just start the catcher before loading your poker client.
2) If you start the catcher AFTER you've started and opened an MTT table, the user numbers/names will not be correct. If new players come to the table, the new players will be correct, but Ignition only sends this info one time on first load. If that data isn't there, the catcher just assigns a name/number. Stats WILL be correct for that player, but the number will not match players seat number. We're going to add extra messaging about this to make sure everyone understands.
3) If you updated and your seat positions are off, make sure to check your config settings in the catcher again. If you have preferred seating turned on, make sure your settings are still set for each table type correctly.

No... And this is probably a big clue on why you're having an issue. This only happens if you have too many MAC addresses listed on your system. Contact support and they can walk you through how to fix this.

You're starting the catcher after you have MTT tables open. This only happens w/ MTT's. Cash games are not effected because player names are giving at the start of each hand, where MTT player names are only given once when you open your table.

It's not a bug. Some software can, and we have seen, use the same memory space as we do because of the nature of how you have to get data from ignition. We've been working w/ as many 3rd party developers as we can to resolve any issues.

Go into settings on your catcher, and make sure advanced logging isn't checked.
