Is there supposed to be a HUD in the trial version ?

Pardon me, I thought this was a thread where questions can be asked and answered in a civil manner... To my knowledge, and I'm fine w/ being wrong, having a HUD displayed during a session is against Bovadas TOS.. Perhaps I'm just confused but I searched through this thread for my answer and can't find it so I'm just asking those who know.. I've downloaded the trial and being able to convert HH's into HM1 is a beautiful thing but as far as displaying a HUD goes I haven't got one to pop up, I thought the consensus was that you could which I also thought wasn't allowed w/ their TOS.. Again if I'm just too out of the loop here sorry for spam/newb questions.. Thanks.

Who did you e-mail? Every ticket at support is numbered and responded to. But in a nutshell, yes. However, keep in mind, that this works 100% assuming you are using it correctly. Every single person that has had an issue or a hand that couldn't convert, got it to work once they did it correctly.

Correct, this works for S&G's and MTT's. This program does not have anything to do with a HUD. You can check the website for complete description of what it does.

Let's think here for a minute son. If the hand histories are delayed 24 hours then how in tar-nations is this going to make a HUD work??

My apologies gents, I was probably referring to seeing something about seeing a HUD in the replayer and I got rather giddy.. Thanks for the responses.. I'll glady purchase this software though as I practically pooped my pants when I found it.

I don't know if I should be doing this on this thread but I attempted to use the 24-Hour Trial but had some issues with my PC. Anyway to reset this? I also want to use HEM or PT. Can anyone recommend which and why? Thank You

Yes, it will be in the next release sometime this week I'm guessing.

There's no way to reset it. If you purchase and don't like it for whatever reason, we offer refunds.

Please ask the other question elsewhere though. I'd suggest using search, since there are literally 1000's of threads that have asked this question before on this forum.

Any updates on when the HUSNG fix is coming out? I know you said this week, but a more precise date would be appreciated, if possible.

Also, I guess you can't really call this a bug, but the program says there is a new update available whenever you click "Check for Updates". It would be nice if it said whether or not we are currently running the most updated version

Never! Kidding. We were trying to finish up a new feature, but it's up now. I'm not putting out as a full update. You'll have to download it directly from the site, which you should do any ways, because it sounds like you have a version (we had 2 earlier versions where the updater broke). Once you get the latest it will fix all that.

- HU's cash game tags added
- HU's S&G's tagged and separated
- Option to set each opponent as random player ID so that each review you can see what that players stats were. You can turn this on/off in settings (it defaults to off), and it obviously does not apply to zone.

All testing so far looks good, but if anyone see's anything, just let me know.

I downloaded 1.0.19c and the HUSNG come out as 3 players SNGs.

Yeah, it's .19c. Can you PM me the original bovada hand (before converted) and/or e-mail it to support? I'll have the developer look at it.

There might be a format we didn't see. We tested as many as we could get our hands on.

Hi, I just downloaded the latest version of the hand history converter (1.0.19d) and I think there is a problem. Some 6max hands are being imported as "2max". For example, some hands (maybe those played headsup?) are being imported as $5/$10 (2 max), even though they were played at the normal 6max table.

Can you send me a hand that's doing this for you (original unconverted hand from bovada)? We added some heads up changes, and haven't seen it do this for 6max hands. I'd need to see this to see what's different about your specific hand. You can e-mail support or PM me with it, and I'll have the developer look at it.

Can you walk me through exactly how I would find a hand that was imported in this way? I'm using PT4.
