Having issues importing Sit and Go hands... cash games are fine. Hands look to be converted to. Help please!

What version of the converter are you using? What database and what version of that database please?

I am trying to get my converter to work. I have followed the instructions but it looks like may hands are not importing on hem2 for some reason. Anyone have any idea or has this happened to anyone before?

Yea something subtle happened with the Ignition HHs for Sit N Gos. The game type is unrecognized on the import and the downloaded HHs from Ignition have a slightly different header that doesn't say No Limit Hold 'Em. When the HHs get converted, PT4 doesn't recognize the game type so it doesn't import the hands.

Do you have known hole cards turned on in settings in the converter? If so, you need to turn it off or downgrade to HM2 .8079 or earlier.

I'm having an issue where when I open the converter it only recognizes the cash holdem license and not the tournament and omaha licenses. So I have to register every time I need to convert. Please advise, thanks!

Also, my latest import of tournament hands into PT4 was littered with errors. Unrecognized Game Type, Invalid Pot Size, Big Blind Not Posted In Hand, Action Out Of Sequence, etc.

I am having the same problem in that it does not recognize my tournament license & I have to reinput it each time I use the software.

Yes, it does looks like the header changes in the latest update for S&G's. Can you send some of those original hands from ignition to our support? We're trying to gather as many as possible and we'll fix/address it and put out an update.

It could be one of two issues. It could be related to an OS update, when MS create a duplicate of the license folder. It's really strange, but I've seen it happen, or we might just need to delete your license file and let it re-create. Please contact support and they can determine which process and get you straightened out.

As far as your last point, see my previous post above. Looks like the last update this week changed some of the headers for tournaments. If you have some you can send we'll get some together and address the change. TY!

I'm having an issue where all of a sudden hand converter doesn't convert known hole cards. This is a new issue that just randomly started about a week ago. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I tried changing the settings and then changing them back no luck.

What database are you using and what version of that database?

I am using PT4 version 4.14.24. However even when I look at the raw converted files before importing them into PT 4 the hand information is not there. When I look at the raw file from ignition the hands are all there.

I'm having this same problem. It started out of the blue around 5.17.17. I have been converting/loading into HM2 ( v.8079 ) for a long while now. Was there a recent auto update? Thanks for any help
PS These are all tournament HH and zone HH , I will try some regular cash HH asap

I assume these are Tournament hands, and as I said above, Ignition did an update that broke this. We're gathering data on it to see how to resolve it.

Again anyone who has hands they can send to support will expedite this, because the more we get, the more scenarios we can cover. ty.

I'm glad to see you guys are working on a solution to this, I was concerned it was on my end. On 5/21 hands converted fine, next session 5/24 no. Everything on the cash side is fine. I'll send some hh's to support and wait for the fix. ty

So now I have to delete the improperly converted hands, then take the hands that had been moved to "ignition original hands," put them back in their original folder and reconvert?

No, you just need to reconvert the hands that are in the ignition original folder that didn't convert for you (whatever dates). Then convert and re-import those.

No these are zone hands actually. I've noticed some have all the cards face up while others just don't from the same batch of hands.

Can you send some of those zone hands to our support then please?

Fyi, we fond an Omaha issue with the latest update. NL was fixed, but Omaha still had an issue so we'll put out another update here soon.

Where do you want me to send them? Today I noticed after importing that all of the hands aren't showing up in PT4. So now its not converting all the cards face up and its missing hands.
