Thank you!
Click on settings in the converter. Uncheck show know hole cards. You have a version of HM2 that does not support this feature (and it tells you this in the converter in several spots). To enable this feature you need to downgrade to HM2 v.8079 or earlier.

You're going to have to re-convert your hands and re-import them since you converted with this on.

You need to update. Just go here and click download trial, install and you should be fine.

I updated both and I get the same error. A few hands it works for but the majority it misses.

Can you take a peek at the original hands? I know there were some reports of bad hands shortly after the lobby update. If you contact Ignition they reset them and they worked fine. But there's no issues w/ the converter. If there's a problem it's going to be w/ the original hand histories, so please check those out and let me know.

Downloaded hands from the past 2-3 days. Looked at the original hands and they looked fine to me, but same issue when I converted them. I don't know exactly what I would be looking for though in the original hands. Beyond all in EV everything works correctly.

So the hands are converting, but your all-in EV is off? Is that what you're saying? I thought you meant they weren't converting. Your all-in EV is going to be off if you have known hole cards on. When all the cards are known, those EV calcs change. If this is a big concern for you, then you need to turn known hole cards off in settings on the converter.

Since the update that changed it to ignition hand converter it has been taking me several minutes to download hands. I think the issue is that I now have output directory and move original ignition hands to the same folder, but I'm not sure what I would have used for the different one with the old software. Is there any way for me to find that out?

Default was Bovada Original Hands in your documents folder. I'd just check your documents folder for what directories you have. If it's not there, I don't think there's any other way to find it other than just doing a search in file explorer for something in one of the hands like - "table#".

If you mean imported hands, they default to here for pt4:

C:\Users\(user name)\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Processed

Appreciate any help on this one - PM is preferred

Just want to confirm this is the only option. I am a newer player and plan on reviewing hand histories and studying my play. So to do that on Ignition I would need to sign up for the ACE Card Converter and card catcher ($80.00 for one year) plus get a HUD (PT4 or HEM - $90.00).

So it would be $170 right out of the gate for review purposes and another $80 (less discount) once the license expires? Are there any cheaper alternatives for Ignition?

Hello,

One of the sessions i played this seems to be missing.

I played the session 4 days ago.

When I select "convert folder", the following message shows up:
"No text files have been found in the hhistory folder you specified. Please select another folder."

That's weird because the session is listed in the ignition client under "Game transactions" and i can see it.

The session is missed from "Ignition original hands" folder. Whereas previous sessions are listed there.

Any idea what the issue is? Thanks in advance!

When you went to download the original hand it my not have downloaded. I always have to select download hand histories, wait 5 sec, close client, then re-open it.

I am not sure if that is your problem, to find out, whenever you open ignition to download hand histories, keep the file open where the hand histories download to, and make sure they are actually all downloading.

You're not making clear what hands you're looking for. Original hands that you download from the site are stored by default at:

C:\Users\(username)\Documents\Ignition Original Hands

This is after you convert the hand w/ the converter. Again, after import hands are stored here for pt4:

C:\Users\(user name)\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Processed

Correct. And we do have an all-in solution, which is drivehud and goes from $9-$49 depending on what stakes you're playing.

I use HM1 and for some reason it misses about 5% of the hands that the converter imports.

Does anybody have any ideas? Could it be the hands where i top off or reload?

I don't know why but if I import the hands twice it gets all of them.

I import then copy the hand history files to a new folder and then import them again.

Yeah, not 100% sure why it does this. It has to be an HM1 importer issue. It just skips over hands, but they are all there. And then re-import, it works and imports them. It's probably a long time bug/issue w/ Hm1.
