Upon further review, I only played 3800 hands in the 3 days so it seems all hands played were converted with the HH converter. The hand count of my converter alias is actually 50 hands more than my card catcher alias which is just me forgetting to open the card catcher a couple times. I'm not sure where/what those duplicate hands are but it doesn't appear I've actually lost any hands.

Cool. Yeah, I'm not getting any reports of hands missed since their update fix on ignition. So hopefully we're all good.

You are requesting them and they are not downloading?

I have the converter and am considering the hand grabber for hud functionality but I have a few questions I haven't found an answer to.

1) Does the grabber also import hands into your d-base or would I still need to use the converter for that?

2) For the grabber to work, must the table always be in the foreground? Or will it work if the table is minimized or hidden by another screen?

3) How long is the trial? I have seen 72 hours on one screen and 7 days on another.

4) Is it a one time fee for the product? The purchase screen says 39.99 or 59.99 with no mention of a time-frame but I could have sworn that I saw a different screen somewhere saying the fee was yearly.

Thanks!!

1) Yes, the card catcher grabs hands in real time, and then your dbase imports them in real time. No downloads required.

2) No... doesn't matter where the table is.

3) 7 day fully functional trial.

4) For cash games for example, it's $39.99 and then $13.20 to renew per year. No auto renewal in place. It does say all of this on the web page though also:

Hello everyone. I am having a problem exporting hands from pt4 to HM2. I play on ignition and have both the Converter and Cather. Could someone please help me out?

You are exporting specific hands, and then wanting to import into HM2. HM2 is a bit more picky about it's hand formatting. I'm not 100% sure it's going to be possible. I think you can convert the whole database pretty easily (there's a conversion too). The hand formatting for each of those database is set up slightly different. So the only thing I'd suggest is re-convert the original hands from ignition and change your settings in the converter from PT to HM as your primary database.

It seems that the Hand converter is workin fine now, however when I import into HM, it is saying the vast majority of the files are duplicates. Any info on this?

What is going on with the zone hands? Is it importing all of them but reporting duplicates? It is still messed up but I am not sure exactly what is going on. Have you figured it out?

It does not report duplicates during conversion but it does during import into Holdem Manager 2. I have not tried poker tracker yet.

Are these zone or non zone hands?

Can you send some of those zone hands to our support? We can take a look. I hope they didn't mess something up again, because I did have reports zone was working fine.

It does not report duplicates when converting. It reports the duplicates when importing into holdem manager 2. But it seems all hands are there. I think someone else reported the same thing.

I sent the duplicates file, the original one, and the converted one.

It is doing the same thing with poker tracker 4.
The converter processed 150 hands.
Poker tracker imported 93 and reported 56 as duplicates.
Zone.

I have a feeling it is getting all hands played but creating duplicates. Next I will try playing a session counting the hands I play the try converting them and checking if it matches up. But still, Ignition really needs to make this right.

They reset the downloads for me and it worked.
I will send support the working file just for whatever....

That is strange.

I also think there is something wrong with the download function. I believe I was wrong about it being the record function....

If you guys get duplicates have them reset your hand histories. Honesty is better than conning.

How far back did they reset for you? Just the last seven days?

I am not sure. I stopped playing on Ignition when the hand history problem began. I started testing it out a few days ago. If the hand histories were broke less than a month than yeah only 7 days. Otherwise I am not sure.

Cool. Good to know they are resetting the hand histories for people.

They can reset them, but you still can't download past 7 days. So it's pointless to have them reset unless you're just viewing them through the Ignition client, which is so time consuming it's not even worth it, right?

I was still getting duplicates and the reset fixed the problem. It is good to know they have a solution (hopefully it stays working) and took the time to do it for me.

But going forward, the hands you're getting are ok correct? We don't have to keep requesting resets?

I'm going to check a recent batch of my own hands also.
