In the PT4 replayer under options, I have checked - show known hole cards.
What am I doing wrong? Is my holdem manager that I also have installed on this computer somehow creating problems or is there something I've overlooked?
Nothing, it's some new bug. It's not relevant to PT. It will be fixed this next version.

Which on a side note the time zone offset was found and fixed. So I'll have another build likely today/tomorrow with that fix and an amazing new logo. I know you guys are mostly excited about the logo of course.

- Time zone offset fix (same as above)
- HM/PT known card switch fix

Update to this one and again, keep in mind that if you've previously installed the Bovada converter version, this one will create a new desktop icon and will have new default directories.

I just downloaded the newest version of the hand history converter. The time zone offset is still not working for me. I play full ring holdem. I created 2 new databases to test. No matter what offset i pick it does not offset the time.

Thanks. Looking into this more. It seemed to be working, so I'm not sure if that last build messed something up, or it's something specific w/ full ring. I'm having someone look at it now.

v1.0.0.51 Hand Converter:
http://acepokersolutions.com/files/I...onverter-Setup

- Time zone offset fix (for real this time)

Not sure what happened on the previous build. It was fixed and working and I guess something got rolled back. Any ways, it's working for sure now.

I've installed the latest version and I can't register tournaments. I also had to register Omaha again but that worked fine. When I click on register tournaments nothing happens.

Thanks

Yes, please try this version here:

v1.0.0.52 Hand Converter:
http://acepokersolutions.com/files/I...rter-Setup.exe

I guess there was a license issue if you went from a specific version to the latest because of the license server change we did last month. It should work with this version.

Is there a hand replayer that anyone would recommend for Ignition? I usually use PokerXfactor but their software doesn't support IGN. Thanks in advance.

Now that the known hole cards are fixed for PT4, how would I go about redownloading all my hand histories so that I can see my opponents hole cards for hands that I've already uploaded to PT4?

I'm not sure if this is answered and I tried searching for it, but are Ignition and Bovada hand converter separate programs now? Do i have to purchase the Ignition Hand Converter to convert hands from now on? I have all 3 licenses for Bovada converter and I tried inputting the serials for the Ignition converter and it says it's invalid.

Hi, I'm using v. 1.0.52 and I still can't see player's hole cards in my PT4 replayer. I've got "show all known hole cards," selected in PT4 and also selected in my Ignition converter.

This was "fixed" over 1.5 years ago. You still have all of the original bovada hands in the second directory down that is listed on the converter interface. The one that says original hands. All of those are archived so you'd have to re-convert that entire directory, and I'd probably convert it into a new directory just so you don't have duplicates, and then re-import them.

Same program, you just have to update. You may have to re-input your serials. You shouldn't though, but ya, same program, no new serials or purchases needed.

I think there's a setting in the PT4 replayer too that you have to have checked. Maybe that's what you're referencing. But as long as you have the setting on in the converter, and you're converting ignition hands, it works. It has for a very long time now. There was only a brief period where PT4 blocked known hole cards, and this was quite some time back, and then they unblocked them a couple of builds later.

No, it's not working. I have the very latest version of PT4 and have selected show known hole cards in the replayer options. When I open my Hand Converter, I still get a message telling me I need an earlier version of Holdem Manger and it asks if I'd like to enable known hole cards. I select yes. I confirm that I have PT4 checked and known hole cards checked under settings.

Ok, it's working now. I had to uninstall HEM.

I downloaded the Ignition hand converter but am not able to register the software and I used the serials from the Bovada converter. I've updated Ignition hand converter to 1.052 or whatever the current version is.

What could be done if a bulk of hands get skipped during conversion (~1/4)? I am not sure if the new iginition update had to do with the skipping.

Thinking new update saves the HH files in a different format to make all hands appear as duplicates

Same problem, must be the Ignition update.

Yea very weird. I converted a 203 hand file today. It said 203 hands found, 187 processed, and 16 skipped hands with 0 errors. Then in Pokertracker when I imported the file it shows that 167 of the 187 processed hands were duplicates and it only imported 20 hands. Very strange as there is no way I have imported these hands before. And who knows what happened to the other 16 hands skipped hands.

Ya, it's an ignition issue right now. For some reason they are creating the same hand over and over again in the hand history. They are also corrupting some lines right now.

Hopefully they resolve this here soon. Bovada never did this, and this hasn't been an issue up until now.

Fyi, I e-mailed their support with the issue and some hand samples. They said they would escalate it, so we'll see.
