I also just noticed that PT4 is no longer tracking all in equity correctly. There are several hands where I was all in on the flop or turn and PT4 is treating them as they are not all in. When I look in the all in equity area its just blank.

Also here is a hand that converter just does not see now for some reason.

yes sir that is the version I'm using. The weird thing is if I try to just convert that hand it says 1 hand converted, but the output file is blank.

I'm having a problem downloading the hands from ignition... even after clicking the download button on ignition, nothing will happen, the session will still say "available for download".....even individually clicking download it doesn't download, is this fixable?

It sounds like you're not registered for the game type you're converting. Check at the top of the converter, and make sure it shows as registered for the game you're converting.

Sometimes exiting the poker client, and then re-logging in the hands will download quicker. Other than that, you just need to email Ignition support and they are pretty quick the respond and reset your downloads.

That isn't it. It converts the other hands in the batch but the hand i showed you it skips over. It also still isn't converting all the hands face up, but its converting some of them.

Everything was going good and smooth but started having a problem after downloading hands late last night. The hands will convert after being ran through the converter but they're not being imported into HEM2. HEM2 version is 2.0.0.8079 and Ignition Hand Converter version is 1.0.55.

No, there's only a discount when they are purchased as a bundle. You can add the cash game license separately though.

Did you look in your ignition hand folder? The hand converter has no control over hands being downloaded.

I bought the cash version but I'm running into issues, I'll sit at the same table and I'll have 50ish hands while my opponents will have like 20 hands loaded. no idea why

So you can use both the card catcher and converter w/ the latest HM2 and you won't have known hole cards - this way it's possible and it will keep both stats separate and the HUD will auto load. But you sacrifice known hole cards. That's the only way to do it. It's just an HM2 limitation and there's no work around. If you want known hole card and the card catcher, then you can do this but you won't be able to auto load the HUD. So it's kind of a pick your poison thing w/ HM2. With PT4 this is a non issue.

So I recently purchased the hand converter(Have used it 2 years prior and never had an issue). The files are downloaded from Ignition and stored onto the directory, but hand converter just skips over the new files without converting any hands. What can I do? Thanks in advance.

I play every day, download every day. The last hand converted was June 8.

Make sure you've updated to the latest version. Make sure if you're using HM2 and you have a new version of HM2 that you have known hole cards unchecked in settings on the converter. If you send some of those hands (unconverted original ones downloaded) to support we can take a look. I don't have any other reports, but always good to double check hands after Ignition's last update.

Noticed a weird issue today. I request hands daily from the "Game Transactions" window. However, they aren't being downloaded anymore. The last time hands actually downloaded was 10 days ago (6/9). Anyone else experienced this? Another Ignition bug?

I've heard someone else have this issue. Contact Ignition support and they can reset them for you.

After I convert my hands and try to import them into PT4, I get the following issue:
"Tribeca hand histories do not store the year" How do I fix this so I can import hands into PT4? I'm using v 1.0.55.
