I just got this for Ongame the other day, but have NO clue how to get this going. The software that I downloaded looks nothing like the tutorial or screenshots on the website.



What am I suppose to do with that screen? There are no options to get it started.

I can't even get a response back from support either.

i purchased the full license before, I downloaded the new one and it has not worked for me.

I finally got mine to work, sort of. It will datamine for a bit, then it will just close all the table and the client. 30 minutes of working properly is the record for me I think.
Think I was much better off just buying the HHs.

Who knows, you might even be better off not being a scummy douche and stop trying to cheat at poker. It's funny what a pack of ******s you guys are.

Hey all. i have HEM and downloaded idleminer but it does not work for me for bodog. I followed all the steps on the HEM forum page.


When i did the autodetect on HEM for folders, it shows nothing. Then i see i have to manually add it according to the instructions.

I got to where it says

If you don't see your Hand History Path listed, click the Add Folder button.


Well what folder am i suppose to add?


On the Auto Folders

I have


Program Files/X86/Bodog Hand Grabber + subfolders
Bodog Poker + subfolders

I was told i only need the first one and not the second one.


On the Bodog Hand Grabber Program, the small box it has


Program Files/X86/Bodog Hand Grabber and Saving Hands ON so i know that is correct.


The thing that is weird about this is before i added any folder to HEM and before i ran HEM when playing with idleminer on... it did record 8 hands. How did this happen?


This is really frustrating. Been trying to get it to work for like 2 weeks already.

When I try to open the hand grabber, it says there is an update available. I click "yes" to install the update, and I see a progress bar being filled up as it downloads the new files. Once complete, nothing happens... no complete installation window or anything. The update box just disappears.

If I try to open the hand grabber again, the same thing occurs. With the current version of hand grabber installed (if I select "no" to the update), none of the hands are grabbed from the bodog tables.

Anyone here actually got idleminer working with bodog for HEM? I been working on it for 2 weeks with HEM support forum and on this forum and i still can't get it to work.

I spoke to another member here and he says the same thing and idleminer doesn't work for him.

jamest Actualy there were issues with previous version and Bodog's euro site. Are you sure you updated it. The version is the same, it was a bug fix only.
If you play on usa site then I suppose you made something wrong.

i'm in the usa and did all the instructions.

Also another member here PM me and told me the same thing and can't get it to work and is asking for a refund and their support is nonexistent

I've been waiting for weeks for the Bodog Handgrabber fix so I can buy it. I liked the trial, but its broken now.

Well I think the opposite.
Dont forget, idleminer was bought by pokertableratings very recently. Pokertableratings sells handhistory, which must be bought over and over again. While idleminers products can be bought once for a cheap price, then used to mine hands urself..

What good is purchasing hands from PTR if you cant even display the stats on the table?

Isn't there a way for them to make the program only save HH when you are seated or something?

I don't give a **** about mining hands, I just want a working HUD.

Is this program really that advanced? There is a massive opening here for someone who does programming to create a replacement product, and make tons of money.

Edit: Maybe they should give you a 6 month license for Idleminer every time you buy Bodog HH or something. Because right now, the HH are not very valuable at all without being able to use those stats in a HUD.

most clients save HH when seated.
a "working HUD" requires you to have some hands. either by mining or buying. or yeah playing obviously.

Bodog doesn't save HH to your hard drive, seated or not.

The only way to get them is with this product, unless there is a similar product I am unaware of?

Not true man. PT3 has a built in hand grabber for Bodog for hands you actually play, this had been around for quite awhile. I'd be surprised if HEM didn't have the same feature.

I have set up BHG with Bodog and it tells me that it is saving hands. (e.g., "15 hands saved", etc.) But when I go to the folder, it's empty; and HEM can't find the hands (because the aren't there).

What's going wrong here?
