They are currently working on an fix and will update it automatically when it's available.

Looks like the HH's don't have the player names any more. Not sure if there's a Idleminer work around for that. Anyone know if they will be able to get around this?

May be time to leave Bodog.

Player Names and actions still show up in the chat box...so I would imagine there should be a doable workaround...we just have to be patient, I'd guess...

anyone tried handgrabber for pacific lately? does it work well..?
also Ive read in some other threads that pacific handgrabber is no longer needed cus pacific saves handhistories to disk now.. is this true and how does it work..

its true . you can setup your hh folder in pacific client-> settings> handhistory.
but doesnt saving observed hands.

Same thing here. Bodog Hand Grabber won't even open.

I am trying to use ongame handgrabber on two sites simultaneous but once I open the 2nd site, the 1st one disconnects. Any workaround or this feature it is not supported by the idleminer?

Anyone have an idea if using Ongame Hand Garbber is against Ongame Terms & Conditions?

It's been a great ride! We started IdleMiner to help poker players boost their Poker Tracker databases. But now, years later, we've decided to sell the IdleMiner domain to PokerTableRatings.com.

There are two main reasons why we decided to sell:

1. It took a lot of time to make sure the Idleminer products worked when a poker room released a software update.

2. Poker tracking programs like Hold'em Manager and Poker Tracker started to release their own built in software to help users mine played hands, and more and more poker rooms began writing their hands to HD making it easier to import without the need of a hand grabber. Idleminer products were fast becoming obsolete.

We approached some potential buyers and PokerTableRatings.com gave us a fair offer. They agreed to leave our products on the site and forward us customer inquiries. We'll continue to do some basic maintenance for the foreseeable future, until we feel we have done right by our loyal customers.

Since then, though, HEM stopped work on their integrated Bodog handgrabber.

It will be interesting to see what happens with this. I saw on the idleminer site they were sold to PTR last year, one reason is due to the time it takes to update SW once poker site SW is updated.

But there was a similar issue last update and it was resolved reasonably quick.

new versions of Bodog Hand Grabber will be no more?

I haven't emailed them but someone who has says elsewhere they're working on an update to the Bomutt grabber.

bodog hand grabber was updated to 1.16 but bodog poker almost simultaneously with the update grabber released a new update and grabber 1.16 is not working again
