people were posting in the Internet Poker forum that sometimes the hand grabber stops working? wtf? or that hand grabber doesnt work when YOUR site is down?

such a program should not need to communicate w/your website. i am probably gonna buy Pokertracker now

I sent them an email about this before signing up; glad I didn't go ahead with it.

I need to have my license key reset as I am getting the "no available licenses" error after moving to a new computer and installing.

Does anyone have ANY idea who we can contact regarding this?

ive just paid for the bodog hand grabber and it doesnt work. been through the tutorial and FAQ.

can someone confirm if it works at all or its just me? this last page doesnt fill me with confidence.

I play on Bodog and use Idleminer. Idleminer records hands as my player name (Schreimanator85) and player (0). Anyone have this problem before, anyone know how to fix it?

Whenever I launch Will Hill with the handgrabber within 15-30s the client locks up and crashes. Never had this problem with any other ipoker skins, anyone have this problem?

I'm trying to use Idleminer handgrabber for bodog on a 2nd computer, but for some reason it's not saving the hands at all. I've tried everything. Followed the tutorial. Anybody have any tips?
