been trying out SNG coach. I think it's a phenomenal program.

However, as I'm trying to learn the corrent ranges for most spots, here's a couple of problems I'm facing.


1. It would be more helpful if i know how to calculate the push %. spots and stacks change all time, and it causes me to stick to default ranges. Is it wrong for me to ask how to calculate push%? like im asking for a formula here.

It is easy to memorize the like what hands are included in x% of ranges, but push range(or Hero range% on SNG coach) changes all the time, making it impossible for me to initiate correct shoves.

Let me rephrase.


You get four different choices of hands, and it's SNG coach's job to give you choices of hands according to your difficulty (or study level)

Training feels like, "yeah this hand is a shove, this is a fold, this is a uh.... maybe fold or shove?"

Hi I am not sure what you are asking.

But you see at the hands that should be difficult for you. It means that other hands will be easy. If you know that A9s is a push and A8s is a fold, you probably can name the correct action for other AX hands too. So you get a feeling of entire range, but through a lens of 4 hands.

Hope it addresses your question a little. If it doesn't, please rephrase it.

It is either FGS Nash equilibrium or no FGS, depending on the FGS checkbox on the meters screens (in the upper right part of screen)
You can hover over (?) icon of question to see the settings used.

As for plans for changed ranges, well we have many plans, but right now our highest priority is to actually launch ICMIZER 2. Then we can regroup and consider other plans.

When I try to load a hand or hands from holder manager they don't seem to load in the icmizer. I can load them into the replayer but when i choose icmize I get a window with a bunch of code. Also I loaded a hand where I had Ad Qh and which showed up in the window on the left as this hand but on the table it showed AcQs. I took a screen shot of both but I'm not sure how to get them to you.

We are trying to find a specific way to reproduce the first problem (replayer + isms button). If you send me hand history text and a specific guide how to reproduce it (ie. load hands, choose hand 3, click ICMIZE, get the error) we would be able to quickly fix it.

As for AdQh showing in ICMIZER as AcQs that's how it works right now. Its irrelevant for ICMIZER what the suits are, so it just shows an example of AQo hand in calculation mode. You can see the actual hand in the left dropdown for now.

Just create a new payout. In ICMIZER 1 use [+] button next to the list of payouts.
In ICMIZER 2 choose [Create new] button in tournament configuration window.

Hello. I have a problem with enabling the NPAPI settings in my chrome. I follow the guide and once i get to the 2nd step i run into the problem. There is a blank space where the "Enable NPAPI" setting should be.

In the most recent update to Version 45 of Chrome they've completely removed support of all NPAPI plug ins.
So now noone can use any Silverlight plugins in Chrome.
Since ICMIZER requires Silverlight plugin to run you can use ICMIZER from FireFox and Internet Explorer on Windows, or as downloadable version.
On Mac it is supported on FireFox, Safari and as downloadable version.

To download ICMIZER first launch it in one of browsers, and then click download button from there.

When is ICMizer expected to be back online? I saw the message about the icmizer2 release - will I still be able to use #1 or forced to upgrade to 2, and will this cost any extra? If I do need to upgrade to use it, how do I do it?

Hi. This is a big upgrade and there are some unfortunate changes.
We can't bring ICMIZER 1 back, it is gone now. There is always some resistance against any change and I understand that. But I hope you will find the new ICMIZER 2 much more comfortable to use, since we've spent a lot of time optimizing it and making everything look/feel/work better.

As for links, we've reworked links in ICMIZER 2, they work better now, you can save FGS links and you can save the type of calculation too.
Because of all this change old links became unavailable.
