This is the support thread for HoldemBoss multi-tabling software.

I didn't tested yet because I need to know some questions: SNG registration runs alone or I need to press hotkeys? If I have to press hotkeys the process is still manual not automatic, I can do that with a simple script. I'm not going to focus on registrations with hotkeys if I need to focus on the game when lots of tables going on, agree? Do you have a hotkey for tourney breaks like table ninja?
I guess you don't have layouts on this software, any plans to had those like multistack, tile? It's important for me having something like multystack or somekind of layout that can handle lots of tables!
I saw some videos, very confusing at some stages, too much information at the same time! I suggest shorter videos to focus on the main potential that you can offer and then in those you can had some detailed information.
I see potential, I see oportunity in this software to succeed but from what I saw is still incomplete Had those layouts and you have a costumer.

Thats is alredy in our dev list! Registrator is fully automatic. You can configure it, so it wont register in breaks, you can give values to ps colors, if you dont want to reg to colored ones. Its fully customizable. We have a pretty long list in the future functions of holdemboss, including support to macintosh and other poker rooms as well. Hope i answered your question. And yes, we going to extend support to layouts in the close future!

Hey I have some questions , first Why do videos also in English? Is so confuse see videos in languaje I really dont understand .
I see some options for this program when they talk about the videos that pokertracker what function is that? Works too HM too? or only PTR4?



Because the hud does not recognize me at the tables? And appear this message? Can you explain me how as I can make it work?

Could you please post update? It should work out of box, we have faced attacks today. Secondary server has been activated.

After your massive update my trial stopped working completly and then I stopped using the software because my trial was ending.

I can say that the sofware is usefull but still not easy to work with, I find it a bit hard for beginners but it does the basic job you need in the daily grind, registration in SNG, preset bets... Somethings need to be implemented and others be improved but overall I think you need to spread the word and get more people to try it and get more feedback and go from there.

thank you very much for your feedback, you could be a bit more specific regarding usability, because we were creating a pretty simple and easy to use interface, which should work out of box.

How much memory does it take comparing it to table ninja for example?

Does it have hotkeys to move tables to prefered positions?

Well, I can try... But this is my point of view and my needs so I have my very own opinion. I just go for the software that always offers me the need that I don't have on others.
For example, I can't use your sharkscoope search feature because I use hotkeys for mouse right button and you specify in your website that I shouldn't have hotkeys there, I can't live without that hotkey because is my fold button since always.
Right now, I play lots of tables and you don't offer layouts, I really need a certain type of layouts like we already have in TN2, tile layouts, multystack layouts and of course, ones that work better than in TN2. I can't buy your program mainly because of that. I know you are working on that but you should already implemented this before people testing it.
Other situation, the BB display for ALL players and for me it doesn't work. I just want to see my BB, it's a trafic jam between my HUD and yours, so for me it's distracting.
Last, the charts that everyone is talking about, because people think you are giving charts of push/fold that are already built in the program for certain occasions in the game, when people sees your promo video thinks right away: "Does pokerstars allow this? Everyone is going to push +EV now because of this program!!!" To be honest I don't know how to set them, don't know how to make it work but I'm against YOU giving this info, hope you guys not doing that and make people build there own chart at least. I coudn't test it if it works or not because the info you have in your website about creating one isn't enough for me.
I like the way you allow us to make the preflop and postflop bets, that is good.
Overall the basics of this program are good, registration, preset bets, BB display. So if someone needs this (which I think it's the most important in this softwares) this program can do it nicely.
Sorry all I try is to be honest, I really hope you succeed.

Firstly thanks for your review, i would like to answer a few of your questions to make it clear:

To use sharkscope search with any hotkey, you dont need anything just to set the mouse left settings at the control center in case your right MB is used as a hotkey.

PS originally offer layouts which you would like to achieve, as the interests grow, we will def consider making an extended layout system for HB.

BB display should work out of box, if the black boss window detect your game names, it should automatically put out huds on your tables, make sure you are always running it as administrator. (PS should be english)

Push chart will be a task, but as you read our FAQ or FORUM you will easily learn how to make a compatible chart. We will create a seperate tool for it, also an english tutorial video for youtubers!

Sorry, my english isn't the best, I didn't understand what you were explaining regarding the sharkscoope search feature. In your website was written that if I want to use this feature the letf mouse botton shouldn't have assign any hotkeys. I have hotkey assign there so I can't use it!

Regarding BB display, you didn't understand, my only problem is not wanting that feature to appear in all players, just for hero because for me is distracting.

so you only need realtimebb for hero. thats possible. this time you can resize or move them off your table, but def if there will be need for it, we will make it possible with a switch in control center.

for the sharkscope search to work you have to make left MB or right MB free (mouse button).

we added support and an update 2 days ago for spin and go games
