I've been stuck on "Optimizing players" for an hour now. Any way to stop this? VERY frusturating.

I hope this is the right thread to post this question. In HEM, is there a way to print out my sessions to have a paper record? Do I have to make a csv file? Thanks in advance.

If I'm playing in a mix game like PLO/NLHE, will the display keep up in displaying the correct stats for the correct game? Like PLO stats when playing PLO, and NLHE stats when playing NLHE?

Yep. I have never messed with the CSV files myself but you should be able to open/edit/print them using Open Office.


The HUD over each table displays 'Table-Session Stats', so you only get hero stats from each table displayed independently. Not sure if the HUD separates the villain stats by game type though. Don't think I ever played PLO/NLHE at the same time, let alone had the same villain at a PLO/NLHE table at the same time.

Well I looked around in the Omaha but all they do there is post hands -- this is the software part I figured I would get my best chance here.

I play 6 handed only of 50c/1$ and just am un-sure if the same kinda

30 +" scale works in omaha too - or if the numbers shoudl be different since people play so many more hands. Ive watched the videos on how to set it up and all that but still can't find any screenshots or anything of Omaha huds......

So I read around and found out how to backup the players and the hand histories and all that from the SQO opton in pgAdmin III. My only question is---

Im about to re-format and dont want to have to re-make all my "Player Preferences" color settings and on-screen HUD options.... how do I back that up????

There was a stars update, well have a patch soon, keep an eye on the releases forum in the HM support forums

You can disable this by going into the Holdem Manager\Config folder then right click and choose "New text Document" and name it NoOpt. Next time you launch HM it should skip this process


Im pretty sure they auto recognise the gametype but you should be able to spot this quickly by running a report in HM and comparing it and let us know if it dosent and well get it fixed

I currently play on two pcs - a latop and a desktop.

I usually do my cash games on the desktop with multiple monitors and my SNG tourneys on the laptop. I have a looooot of hands on both. How can I copy the desktop hands to the laptop and laptop hands to the desktop so that they BOTH have all the hands I have recorded??

Any update in WHEN can be fixed the bug about not making the all in ev line disappear as a default on tourneys tab? same with rakeback line

Every week or two HEM stops working. I've already posted about this. Last time it happened, I fixed EVERYTHING, and nothing worked, so I downloaded the 1.08.04 versio nand reinstalled it. That got HEM working again. I still have that (which is the latest AFAIK) but opened it today and the auto import doesn't work. table manager always says 0/6 players and forced import doesn't work either.

What is going on?!?!?

i have an error saying " 000000xx file cannot be imported" or something then it starts to important like the last 30'000 hands when i press auto import, it didnt do that before. and my comp lags since i have this bug when HEM is running how can i fix this without having to delete all the files?

Pretty sure exporting hands has been covered more than once in this thread. Use the search.

You probably need to provide more information for anyone to help you. As a minimum you could mention which site you are playing on.
