I'm having issues with importing hand files on William Hill to HEM, I've added my alias and I've added the file correctly (I think), but the files aren't importing and the HUDs aren't launching.

What am I doing wrong?

c:\poker\williamhill\history\str8jacket\Table + subfolders

and the alias is breathweapon

how big a database can HEM handle before there starts to be performance issues?.

can i delete specific hands from my database? like all hands that do not include me at a specific limit for example?

Where does HEM put the already processed Hand Histories? And is there an option as to where those go?

I am starting to play some Omaha, and when I go to look at my hand history folder to look at these omaha hands, they are gone. Apprently HEM imports them in, but obviously does nothing with them (Duh, cause they are omaha hands). But I have no idea where they are being put.

HEM isn't just trying to import them, and then delete them, are they?

Hi all - I am finally ready to buy Hold Em Manager - w/ rakeback and some software, maybe I can finally get better.

I have a question regarding HUD stats on HEM - does the software address the fact that VPIP/PF raise increases dramatically at the end of SNG? Can you adjust the HUD to reflect this?

I searched the HEM website and manual and did nort see this addressed, and I did not see it addressed in the software forum.

Any help would be appreciated.

Well you can have it filtered for number of players, I mean that might be what you're looking for, I'm not sure I don't play many sngs

not yet but Roy will be introducing both stats filtered by blind level and also stats based on bb's left both of which should be very useful.

In Options > Configure Auto Import Folders click on the applicable folder if there is more than 1, then choose edit, then youll see the archive folder and you can also select a new one.

Mines well over 10million and runs very smooth with no issues, some people have double that. Import speeds will decrease somewhat as the database grows however as long as you vacuum and defrag most people dont see much of a drop in stats retrieval

Will Hill released an update recently that fixes a date bug, try restarting that and then update to this version http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/HmUpdate.exe and if the problem persists then go to the HM forums and start a new post with the answers to these questions: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm...aspx?faqid=174

Roy processes this manually but hes always pretty quick, if there is a delay its usually because of email problems with them not getting through to you etc or that its arrived in the spam folder. If you still havent recieved it email Roy and hell get back to you

Somehow, HEM got dragged off of my screen. Now I can only view it when I maximize the window. I have tried maximizing the window and closing it and reopening. Does not work. I have tried restarting my computer, that does not work. Any ideas?

Right click it on ur taskbar and hit move, ur cursor will move to the side of ur monitor closest to hem then you can move it with ur directional keys on ur key board.

Ive been using hem all day just fine and now I restarted my comp and when I open hem I get a popup saying and error occured and failed to establish a connection to the server. What can I do about this?



edit: I looked in the task manager and postgress doesnt show up like it used to on my old xp computer (this one is vista). Is it suppossed to show up in it?

Is there a way to assign a dollar value to Stars vpp earned so that you do not have to "guess" your rakeback?

Is Update 1.08.03 unable to run results in sng whitout make some reimporting hand histories ?

My table manager goes through unpredictable phases of not working. It will say, "failed to create table overlay. Try running in administrator mode" I am on windows vista. Sometimes they get that problem.

But when I run HEM and the hud in administrator mode, table manager either registers that I have tables up but does not show the HUD, or, it has the same problem as it used to.

Not only that, but hand importer doesn't seem to work. I've played 400 hands so far in my session ATM, but only 56 registered.

My whole program is just being weird.
