Set your preferred seat in stars, and match the setting in HM to Stars. Make sure Fix My Positions is Off in HM HUD prefs. Open one table and set the stat panels and muck cards positions, using the Muck Card and HUD alignment option in Table Prefs. Then Table Manager > Save Positions. I have never had an issue at stars. So much so, that I dont put player names in the hud stats. I know they will be over the proper seat/player.

I even downloaded the update file with IE, which I never use. It said 1.06.03h on the installation screen.

yes - dealer seat/chip rack is seat 0 if you will. Seat 1 is first right of the chips and then clockwise. I sit in seat 3, directly above the bet/fold buttons.

Stars?? I 'think' version S still works fine with stars. I havent played more than an orbit or 2 tho lately, just to test new mods. I am gonna play a few hands this evening tho. I will let you know if I have any problems.

Going to the HM forums or emailing support is a faster way of getting help for things like this. Basically your index has become corrupted but that's way better than a table becoming corrupted since we can just drop it and rebuild it:

1) Open pgadmin from your start menu in windows under postgresql
2) Double click on the server name and enter your postgresql password (default is postgrespass)
3) Click on Databases and select the current database
4) Click on the Icon at the top that has the SQL and pencil
5) Type “DROP INDEX playerhandscashmisc_idx1” without the quotes and press F5 to run it. It should finish quickly
6) Type

CREATE INDEX "playerhandscashmisc_idx1"
ON playerhandscashmisc
USING btree
(playerhand_id);


And press F5 – this could take many minutes or more depending on the size of your db. After doing this launch Holdem Manager and try importing some new hands

what is this optimisation crap and how do i stop it...so annoying having to wait for it to optimize some irrelevant player when i open it

Today is the first day it started lagging my computer a lot during an auto import, while playing a session on stars (8+ tables) using a hud.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any solution? It was almost impossible to play

is there an equivalent value to PT3s "fold to resteal" (i.e. percentage of time villian folds to a 3bet from BU,SB,BB after attempting to steal?) in HM?

yeah but that would also include "fold to reisolate" in a sense (fish limps, v isoraise, hero 3bet) or fold to 3bet after cc (v1 raises, v2 ccs, hero 3bets)
