Ok so most of my problems are usually obvious but I don't want to think about this right now so i'll ask you guys: When I decided to look at my graph of this month so far ( my first month using HEM) I see that my winnings at hand 0 was at like $1500....how could that be? the end of the graph had the winnings line at the correct amount I have won this month, but how can it not start at 0? why is my winnings line at $1500 before I played a hand?1 whats going onnnnnnnnnnnnnnn??????

I just dowloaded HEM and am experimenting with the free trial version. I am using it on a Windws Vista PC and playing only at Poker Stars. The HUD will only track current game statistics at each table. It does not grab stats from the database for the display. I think I must be making some basic mistake with my configuration but cannot figure out what it is. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I like this card mod.. How do I get it into HM and the HUD for mucked cards?...

when i move 1 stat at a table it affects the others, is there a way to make them separated when u want to? for ex. i have 1 of my stats and when i move it, it moves all the other stats with my name at the same place on each table... is this a bug?

- i cant play like this because stats are on each other superposed..

okay, for some reason my HEM stopped working today....or, the HUD stopped working, I mean - i can still access reports and everything else. But when i click on auto import it says "auto importing..." but nothing happens and no hands are imported. Also, when i try and import from a folder, same thing happens.

I haven't changed anything in between sessions and i do have the latest update. I have no idea what's going on. Any suggestions?

Oh, and for some reason my Full Tilt Shortcuts decided to act as if I have the trial version and only work with one table at the same exact time! WTF?

When you lauch PS and you see "there is a new software to install, downloading..." and after that your HEM don't import hands anymore, please just look at the 3546313546431 threads about it, or just install the new HEM version that supports new stars software.

I REALLY NEED HELP, when i move my stats on 1 table it moves my other stats at the other tables AT THE SAME PLACE, EVEN IF I M NOT ON THE SAME SIT AS THE ORIGINAL ONE. so it makes it impossible to display them CORRECTLY. HELP ME WITH THIS BUG PLEASE.

You should really try reading the FAQs. You are lucky I bothered to answer, after 3 posts (cursing) about the same thing. I didn't bother quoting/answering that other guy that likes to call people names that try and help.

If you click the main panel, all the stats for that player will move together. If you Right-Click Drag a secondary panel, all of those same secondary panels will move, for all players. If you Ctrl + Right-Click drag, it will move only that individual panel.

Which file?? I see lots of Default_ files, but none that say main.

What i mean is that Disable hero in hud gets disabled everytime i turn of HoldemManager.

the problem is only about MY stats. all the other stats move accordingly to the sits, but mine is not it moves MY PERSONAL STATS always to the same place after i play for a while. this means if i have a sit on the bottom right on 1 table, it ll move my personal stats on other tables ALL ON THE BOTTOM RIGHT, even if i m siting on a left top sit on another table... do u understand what i mean? IS THIS A BUG WITH THE TRIAL VERSION ONLY?
