How do I try Omaha? I purchased HEM when it 1st came out and am using v1.08.04, but it says my serial doesn't allow omaha support.

Hopefully someone will correct me, but is it possible to view result for certain times of the day? Like last month between 6pm and 3am.

well wen i click onto cash games hands and sessions it comes up with that it is unhandled exception has occured in the application and it says that the object reference not set to an instance of an object

i can import hands and the hud works it is just when i go in these things it dosent

my HEM works but will only import hands i am in. If someone can fix this please let me know how. I have vista 64 and the latest HEM 1.08.04

just set up HEM on new computer, and it lags with 3 tables on tile on stars??? Any ideas? I use HEM on a 4 year old computer and it works fine, settings are the same on HEM and both are XP and it is super laggy and even crashes stars on new computer, with better specs...

yeah. Don't have the old specs but new one is Intel 2 Quad, 2.4ghz, 3 gig of ram and hem lags with 3 tables lol.

I just downloaded hem trial yesterday. I got the players names to match up on the hud. However, when i cascade my games the namestats overlap onto the game in the foreground. The stats from the game in the background are on the game in the foreground. How do you get the stats to stay on their own table when cascading?

I'm currently trying out HEM and I would like to add the # of Hands on each player without having to click anything or hover anything..

I just don't seem to understand how the HUD configuration works..

either way when i save it it says "cannot create bla bla bla, make sure path or file name is correct"

and when i try the second "fix" it wont let me "Start" Postgres from that list when i right click it. and its not running, it just times out and says couldnt connect

It dosent auto refresh based on an interval for performance issues but you can get it refresh automatically each time you make a change to a setting by going to Options > Misc Options > Auto Refresh on any change

My UAC is most def disabled and always has been, ive used postgres without error for 50k hands

Did you solve your malware issue? That may be causing the problems with SQL.

Tried everyone of them and still have the same problem. I have a dell 30 inch monitor, and I can tile lots of tables and the HUD will be fine.

But if I try to cascade 2 tables, I get the same problem. If I am playing 2 tables, cascade and I open IE, look what happens...




(I also have a smaller monitor, and tried on that one...same problem and I just updated the video card and changed performance settings to the one in the link.)

Also, is there a reason it won't let me vacuum analyze the database without going through pgadmin and is this a problem?


This computer is brand new so I exported all my players from my other computer and have 25k players in my database now. If you can suggest no other fixes to get the HUD working properly, I would be willing to delete all HEM stuff and start again as I need this working properly. Let me know.

Unticking force on top in Hud Options > Table Preferences should solve the issue, also if your using Ultramon disable it or else download their newest Beta

With the purigng issue its a problem that some people experience but doing it via pgadmin is the same thing

HUD appears in wrong positions at the table. Ive spent half the afternoon clicking and unclicking "fix my stats position", "lock the layout", and "seating preferences" (which for FTP the only options are seat 3 or nothing), along with the FTP "auto center" feature and no combination of enablement or disablement of any of these features has fixed the problem.
On top of that its impossible to fix manually b/c if you move a display on one table, all the displays in the same position on the other tables move as well (which would be fine if everything was uniform, but its not).

Anyone else have this problem
