I'm struggling to import some emailed party HH's. I copy pasted them into a text file and tried to import the file, the import finds 0 hands.

Any hints/tricks?

I seem to be having an issue, after i purge the DB the config window appears and it vacums the DB, when it finishes HEM freezes and becomes unresponsive and i have to close it down through task manager.
Anyone else experiencing this?

A housekeeping issue:

when a new version becomes available, it would be good to keep the website properly updated with this information. For example, right now it says 1.05.09 is available for download.

also, is it possible to receive an email via a listserv or have HM check for updates so that I don't have to check daily for new builds.

Hi there, just to help everyone out, there seems to be a problem which has been asked a few times on various forums but not answered, its when Vista users install Postgres, and it gets to service activation, and an error message saying that you are unable to start systems, check priveldges pops up.

If you go to administrative tools in CP, then find the rlevenat Postesq tab, change the account tht authorises it to local account.

I think Roy already addressed this. He released it here first and didn't update the site so he could spread out the load of new registration number requests.

I did a more through investigation this morning about the notes "issue."

I went through every PokerStars table at the level I play and have PS notes. Every player that had a PS note had a HM note and were marked with a light blue notes icon. (You obviously flew over, broke into my house and fixed this while I was asleep!) Works perfectly!

The only issue I noticed, and have noticed before, is that I do have a few players with light blue icons that have no notes attached. If you hover, you get the standard "double click to see session stats or click to add notes." No big deal, but just thought I'd mention it.

I did exactly as you said, and the Holdem manager hud window does detect the video but no stats are popping up on the table. what do i do about this.

Can you post a screenshot of your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Images folder?? Does it look exactly like mine that I posted?

Also make sure that you DO NOT have a cards0.png in the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager folder.

Not that I know something about this, but from your post above you have written "card0.png". Shouldn´t it be "cards0.png"? Maybe just a missclick, I don´t know.

Table Manager 1.06c test

Just start experiencing this. I have a panel with just a player's Flop Aggression Frequency in it pointing to a custom pop-up. But when I hover over it, I don't get a pop-up and when I click on it I get a massive pop-up with everything from pre-flop to showdown.
