what version of HEM are you using?

I only bought it on Friday night, but my version says 1.04.05, not 1.05.02b.

How could I have the wrong version? There only seemed to be one option when I bought it.

Are you sure you have hands on these players? It should display their life time stats unless you have things filtered out. Your stats will just be per table session.

Make sure that you run holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe as administrator - pretty sure that will fix it for you. Otherwise make sure that the hand histories are being saved in english for Stars.

What is high and low there? How is it calculate. I know the agression factor but that that isn`t offerde there.

It is the % of time you make an aggressive move on a street (bet, raise, check raise, etc) / number of postflop streets. Average for NL is about 32%. I think it is a much better number than Agg Factor.

It isn't a huge problem or even a small problem but Mike was away for the last week and before that he was focusing on the issues some people have been having. He's back now and we'll definitely get the option in there.

Hi,

I just bought HM and I'm trying mine some data with spadeeye. After a couple of histories generated by spadeeye, I start HM and auto-import. It finds the files but every hand is a "duplicate hand"? And new players that weren't in the HM database before are there after the import but with 0 hands. Does anybody have it working with spadeeye? Am I doing something wrong?

If this is the ipoker version download their update - if not make sure you have 1.05.02b (www.rvgsoftware.com/hm/hmtestupdate.exe) and if it still does not work then send me a few of the hand history files they are creating.

Just had a problem with one particular hand at iPoker.

After showdown the mucked cards were not displayed and there was no record of the hand in the list that appears when you click the "table VPIP" box on the HUD.

The hand IS listed in my database when I review it under my sessions tabb, however, if I right click on the hand and click "view selected hand histories" I get an error message stating "error parsing hand". I can view other hands from the ame table/session with no problems.

FWIW the holecards, community cards,actions by street and $ won/lost are all visible in the sessions tab, I just cant replay the hand or view the HH.

Edit: forgot to mention that my $ won/lost is still correct when hovering above Hero's name on the HUD, even though the hand is not on the HH pop-up box that displays when double-clicking the table VPIP box.

Ok, here is the new big feature for 1.05.03 which I'm trying to release tonight. Just doing some more testing.

Basic idea is that it evaluates many hundreds of different stats for each player and picks out the ones that are outside of typical ranges giving you an instant view into the stats that are different allowing you to concentrate on playing against those traits and essentially ignoring all the other "noise" since they are just in the "normal" range.

This is version 1 of the functionality, more stats and hud integration is coming. You can also create / edit your own range, messages, stats to look for etc and separate default files will be created for NL and Limit and also for tourneys. Right now you just get the default and it is for NL 6max cash. The file will be overwritten with changes in future HM patches so if you do plan on editing the file (NL6Max.StatTrigger) make a backup of it somewhere after your changes.

Also, lots more stats are coming and I'm improving the ranges for all of these stats based on the data received from a mining service.

I have been using it by doing this - when I open up my tables I launch the Active Player Window and as players appear in here I click on them, look at their highlited stats and make applicable notes on how I should best play against them.

It is also a great tool for self analysis and spotting your own leaks.

Have fun with this one. It really lets players who are willing to put time into their game and who understand the theory behind the stats to elevate their game in a big way.
