Hi there, I recently had seating problems which I fixed with your help. Ty
Now I'm having a problem where the hands aren't uploading as I play (cash games - pokerstars). Previously when I've gone to active session I can have the hud up and working and a cash game graph updates after every hand. Now the refresh option is not working and the hands only load up at startup of holdem manager. Any suggestions? thanx in advance

This is probably caused by a wrong import time for the hands. Please make sure that your computers date and time is configured correctly.
After this go to hand importing -> site time adjustments. You need to edit the Stars entry so that the hand time is correct during the import. For me here in GMT+1 the correction is 6.

Playing on stars and the newest version but same thing was happening with the older version, it's just one straight line down for all the games I've played

Make sure the poker client and hand histories are both is in English. If it is not, you need to change it in the Lobby Options or reinstall the software and choose English.

Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31).

It might also be a good idea to make sure you are saving/importing tournament summaries, but to be honest this typically isn't needed for STT games. Any tournament with more than 1 table will require a separate Tournament Summary/History file to be imported for HM2 to properly calculate the size, places, and prizes.

I use HEM1 for HU SNG's, always worked fine but I recently discovered an error in the 3bet% stat.

When somebody shoves all in from the SB it counts that as an opportunity to 3bet in the stats. So if the button opened for a jam 7 times and a non all in raise 3 times and I shoved over 2/3 of the non all in raises the 3bet % should be 66.7% but it will say I have a 3bet of 20% because it's counting the jams as an opportunity to 3bet even though it is obviously not.

I'm not sure if this problem has always existed.....I just started noticing it recently when the 3bet % of my opponents at high blind levels seemed abnormally low.

Any kind of fix for this? Kind of an important stat to have correct.

We updated HM2 for these scenarios but we did not update HM1 for this change in the way we calculate these opportunities. It has always been this way in HM1 and we will not be making this change to the HM1 code. If you want these scenarios to be calculated using the new methodology you will need to update to HM2.

Hi,I am having epic problems with postgres SQL? It won't work and the help video did not cover the problem?i get a pop up that says ptgsql cannot connect,with the three option buttons faded apart from cancel?so I have no options?no start again and no reset password? I sent an email to hem and received no reply,with I was a little shocked at annoyed about,not a good way to treat a potential customer :/! So i was sent here by a link and hope u can help please

Did you check your spam inbox for our reply? Sometimes our replies can get filtered by your email provider so they don't make it to your inbox. If you PM me your email address you sent your message from I can search our system to see what happened to your email you sent.

This is usually a firewall or windows update issue.

HUD wasn't working on my new ongame skin so I had to make the changes outlined in this post: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/mana...tml#post169035

Since doing that, HUD stats on betfair and all my other sites are being placed under the wrong players. I remember having problem in the past and fixed it by somehow saving the layout on each site. Don't remember how to do that though. Help appreciated, thanks.

This is usually to do with preferred seating,

HM1- Have you seating preferences setup

Make sure WYSIWYG is ticked in Hud Options > Table Preferences

The 3 stats skip turn cbet in 3b pot and check-fold/check-call/check-raise add up to well over 100% for any player with a decent sample size. Are you aware of this problem and is being resolved?

(Also similar stats for other streets and single raise pots also add up sometimes to over 100%, but I could only detect this to be less than 2% so I am not too concerned about that)

tried it on a few computers with same settings, same result.

Hud maxes out cpu for a second or so, every few seconds for about a second. Happens whether or auto-import is on or off, but stops happening the moment i shut down stars.

i followed part ofone of your links and it solved the problem! thankyou for your help
