Problem: End of a 6-max SNG... HUD stats seemed to reset and begin collection again, only showing the HU hands when the table is HU.

Check your filters as I think that is the default setting.

options>hud options>additional hud filters

I have a problem with the HUD on Ipoker. Every where a stat should be, it sais "ooooops", how should I solve this.

I also have an error when I click start auto import:

'Please not that you have 1039 hand history files in your auto import folders and this could cause performance issues. Please move files no longer in use or have Holdem Manager automatically move them after import bij editing your Auto Import Folder settings.'

Has this something to do with the 'ooooops' stats?

What should I do? I can't speak computer language so the error doesn't help me at all.

Where can I donwload 1.05.08? At the site i can only download 1.05.07.

Is anyone else having a problem importing ftp hands sine .04? I updated to .06, and then to .08 when it came out and I haven't been able to import any hands since I updated.

The entire reason i picked HEM is because of this thread and how hard roy works ~

Roy - a few HUD suggestions:

1. Get rid of unnecessary colons! I show abbreviations for the stats, but don't need them for some stats, so delete those abbreviations. However, the HUD insists on displaying a colon even on those stats with no abbreviations.

2. Option to color code the abbreviations consistent with the stats themselves.

3. Option to color code the pop-up stats consistent with the HUD stats.

4. Option to color code the stats in the main HM screens consistent with the HUD stats.

5. Where are the default pop-up displays for each individual stat? E.g. for "Steal", I'd like to start with the one you already have, then customize it a bit, rather than creating a new one from scratch.

6. We need quick access to the popup player detail window from the HUD.

7. Opportunity to review the hand action so far for a hand in progress (I understand Mike is working on reading hands from memory, which presumably this would require).

8. Player icons!!

9. Mark hands in the HUD for later review.

OK, this was more than a few suggestions, but the first couple ought to be real easy to knock out.

I'm playing on UB and have been getting this message intermittently for a while now. Previous version and the latest version. The message immediately appears again if I try to relaunch the hud. If I wait 10 mins or so, then it will relaunch fine, even though I haven't changed anything at all - same tables, etc, etc.

Suggestions?

All rake should be accounted for since I look at total amount put in and total amount paid out with the difference being the total rake.

Delete all of your auto import folders for full tilt then add

c:\program files\Full Tilt Poker\Hand History (or something like this)
include all sub folders and you should always make sure you archive hands

All fixed in 1.05.08c which will be out tomorrow - was trying for tonight but still got more to do and then need to test everything so don't think I'll make it.

The last 2 we could do right now so Ill add it to the todo list. The first 2 will need a bigger HM update since they are not currently being compiled for the HUD (but of course they can be brought up in any of the reports)

Layout mode lets you move the mucked card positions and also set alignment for the panels.

Can you tell me what is happening - is it error hands or does it sit at "importing..." or something else? Try moving a hand history file to your desktop and using import file to import it. If it works then most likely permissions is your issue so make sure hmhud.exe and holdemmanager.exe are running as administrator.

Grab 1.05.08b (www.rvgsoftware.com/hm/hmtestupdate.exe) and stop using Ultimate History. Instead add an auto import to c:\program files\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hem data and when you open UB tables open up the View History window (and keep it open)

I will try 1.05.08b. I'm using pahud to import rather than ultimate history. I tried shutting down pahud when I was having the problem, but it seemed still got the error when trying to relaunch (which might not rule out pahud caused the initial error maybe).

Will setting auto import to the directory you specified allow for prefetching of hands at all?

I noticed this too.

It pre-fetches 10 hands right now but this will be configurable. I also fixed a bug in UB in the last couple of days that could have caused the crash issue you are having so give it a shot and let me know.

I have been noticing the same problems with the popups. Some of them dont come up sometimes. Some of them are completely incorrect. For example. I'll be hovering over my top row which has steal from CO, BTN, and SB, and the last one just says hands, and I dont even get a popup for the other two. A few times it works just fine.

Working on this right now in 1.05.08c - tomorrow evening at the latest and I'm trying to get it fixed and out well before then.

ongame native support is not big issue, most poeple that play ongame brought the hand grapper already. (maybe new customer will find it useful)
but a few thing.
1) HUD at ongame
having hard time moving them.
sometime they don't move, sometime the popup block it...><
so it would be better to let us to choose if we want to hoove popup or click popup.
moving statis box at ongame is more important, now i use PA HUD......
2) (not that important) can you put a total at the bottom on the sesson tab.

1) open your prefs.xml and look for force_topmost="False" and change it to force_topmost="True" and you should find this resolved. We're still doing some work with it before we make this the default for ongame.

2) There is! At the very bottom of the screen which is kind of awkward and will be changed but it is there.

I had a massive system crash and am now reinstalling everything, including HM and postgres. But i need my notes!!!

I was wondering where the notes are stored? I "think" there might be a notes export feature, but at this point, i can't even get into HM (because postgres is having issues).

these are the errors that i'm seeing...i'm not sure if it is because errors on HM or errors on postgres...(i'm afraid of the latter...) how do i go about fixing postgres?

The "Database Control Panel" pops up...and now all the defaults seem to be in place, but i don't know if they are correct!!!

Try launching pgadmin from your Start Menu and see if that can connect to the database. If you can get in that way I can give you some instructions to get the notes out.

Bumping this issue. I had a search on the HEM forums and it seems a few people were having this problem a couple of months ago, and that is was high priority on the fix list back then. Couldn't find any mention of a solution though.

The majority of my play is after midnight (GMT) so if there is a already a fix to this problem I''d love to know.

It is still a lot of problems with Ongame.

I play at whitebet and i have installed the 1,05,08 B and using the ongame hand grabber.

The table autodetect does not work at all and when i use the Table finder i cant move the stats, i can only move the stats outside the pokertable...

What is wrong?

Couple of things:

1) Everytime i open HM my anti virus scanner (kaspersky) gives a warning about the exe having changed - any idea why this is ?

2) Just like to add another vote for making popup stats clickable, i cant ditch PT2 and PAHUD until this happens.
