So I can better understand what it is you are trying to accomplish: You want to be able to post the plain text version of the hand like I showed in my screen shots, with the player names in addition to positions, directly into skype for HH review? At this point in time that is simply not possible. If you can explain in detail what it is you are trying to accomplish, and why, I will try to add your comments to one of our existing feature request/improvement tickets. From what I remember of your earlier posts it sounds to me like I need to add your comments to this ticket 'HM-4939: Request: add export hand to skype (with icons)' for a [x] Show Player Names option.
I just want the hand history's in this style -

I've only tried it once. I'll probably get it to work tomorrow. Thought I might be able to just copy and paste a file.

Re: Holdem Manager Support

I just downloaded an update (prob been quite some time) and now I can't get in. I tried logging into my account but apparently I used the wrong email/pw combo. Honestly I have no idea which email is linked to my HEM. Can you tell me what I can do as I am started to play a lot again and need my HEM. tx

Re: Holdem Manager Support

What US-friendly sites support the street-by-street HUD? I could not find a list of supported sites anywhere.

EDIT: Never mind, just found it. For anyone wondering, the only sites/networks that can use this function are Pokerstars, I-Poker, Ongame, and Party.

No, this was not the 'raw hh' in it's original format. This was a proprietary HM1 format and it is not available in HM2 with the player names.

HM1 had a right-click > view hand history option (proprietary format), and a right-click > copy hands to clipboard (original client format). If you wanted to see the hand history viewer in HM1 you had to right-click > replay > click the 'hand history' option and then you could click the 'txt' button to get the same 'view selected hand history' proprietary format.

HM2 has a right-click > view option that opens the hand history viewer where you can export to a variety of formats. The 'plain text' option is the same basic format as the HM1 format you are asking about but we removed the player names since the majority of people that want to copy the hands to post into the forums or skype want the hands to be anonymous. If you want the player names to be in the hands with HM2 you have to right-click > copy to get it in the original format and then run it through a converter.

It sounds like what you want is for there to be some sort of option/setting somewhere for a [x] Show Player Names option when exporting to the Plain Text format, right? Let me know if I understand your question/request properly now. If I finally understand it properly I can write up a feature request to see if this is something the developers can add in the future.

Here is a ipoker hand in HM1 with the right-click > view selected hand history:

Here is the same hand in HM2 > right-click > view:

And here is the Export to Clipboard > Plain Text:

Unfortunately that is not possible. The player notes are stored in a 'table' within the PostgreSQL database and are not a separate 'file' anywhere within the HM2 program. HM1 had a Notes > Export/Import feature that would export a notes file from the postgresql table/database but in HM2 we changed it slightly to be part of the backup/restore process instead of the export/import process.

HM1? If you send an email with your code and/or email address(es) to our sales team they can reset your HM1 code and reset your account password so you can login again. Please email your details/questions to sales@holdemmanager.com

Re: Holdem Manager Support

Sorry if you have already answered this on Twitter, but when do you expect support for Winning network will be added? I saw an old thread in your website's forum that said around May, so I am hoping this is coming soon.

Thanks!

That got delayed. We will not be adding any new site support until sometime after our next '2' scheduled updates. We are in the final phase of internal testing for our next HM2 release which will include some performance improvements and a database update to improve the accuracy of some stats. Once that is released and stable we will begin internal testing on our next major update which will include a new hybrid hands caching method to reduce the overall CPU/RAM use, improve multi-tabling, and a new 'lighter' datagrid system to make the GUI more responsive when changing tabs and reports. Once that update has been released we will be able to start working on new site support for Winning and ENET networks along with working on many lower priority bugs and feature requests which had to be put on hold until we could finalize all these stats and performance improvements.

Re: Holdem Manager Support

Thanks for your quick response. I have been firing up PT3 for my Winning network sessions, so the day I can do 100% of my play via HEM2 and never have to open PT again is the day I will be a happy clam.

Keep up the great work!

Re: Holdem Manager Support

Am currently using HM2 playing on Merge Network (Carbon). Works correctly most of the time, but every once in a while, it will only track stats for part of the players at the table. Some player's stats will continue to stay at 0. I've tried several things on my own to fix this and can't seem to figure it out. I am currently using your 6.0 Merge Update 6991. Also tried the latest Beta, which had the same results.

I noticed that whenever this happens, none of my hands are being logged in my Session Summary either, if that helps. I'm also not sure if this is relevant, but it only seems to happen in tournaments.

Thanks!

No offence, but why are you hugely over complicating things? All I want is an option to quickly get my HH's like this so I can copy and paste it to friends -

not sure what i should do now in terms of updating or leaving hem alone, but i successfully deleted the file. not really sure if this is woth notifying someone over, but you guys can judge that

not totally sure tho, and you might be right in that it is just part of the update file.

just out of interest, was this issue ever taken any further by the devs? this is more for curiosity/future's sake; i have not encountered the same issue since. not sure if the response below from Freakdaddy was from a random or actually a guy working for HEM (no offense, but there's nothing to tell you apart from random posters) -

Sounds like the import may have problems with some handhistories. Can you identify the hands in the archive folder (default c:\hm2archive) and send us the handhistory file with link to this thread and explanation to hm2support@holdemmanager.com. We will then try to reproduce it.

Is there any particular reason why upgrading HM1 small stakes to pro version isn't possible anymore?
