3) you can only compare them manually. It is no problem to use the import from folder function to import hands from the archive. Duplicate hands are ignored.
Am I missing it, or where can I apply the prefetch? Thanks.

Re: Holdem Manager Support

I cnat get hands to import using Feltstars and the Jul9 build(wasnt working before build either). The hud has the thing in top left saying waiting for hands on each table so the tables are recognized, but hands are not important, and yes I have the folders set up.

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa..._14Jul2012.exe

1) Close HM and the Table Manager.
2) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml, pospref.txt, pospref2.txt, and pospref4.txt.
3) Start HM > Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.

I am a little confused by your post:

This is referencing an HM1 internal build from July 9th.

The hud has the thing in top left saying waiting for hands on each table
But HM1 doesn't show the 'waiting for hands' HUD. That only happens on HM2 so I assume you must be using HM2.

Please update to HM 2.0.0.7053 - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...AutoUpdate.exe

Re: Holdem Manager Support

Hey Fozzy,

How do I revert back to pre-updated Pokerstars? Is there something in the "Backup" folder itself that I'm supposed to copy and paste?

Why exactly are you trying to do this? Is there something wrong with HM1 or HM2 that isn't working with the latest stars update? Please give me a detailed description of the problem and let me know which specific HM1/2 version number you are using.

1) Close PokerStars

2) Navigate to your PokerStars directory. It should be at
C:\Program Files\PokerStars

3) Find the folder named "backup", and enter it

4) Copy the contents of the backup folder, then go back to the main folder, and paste the contents of the backup folder into the main folder.

5) Now, do not run PokerStarsUpdate.exe. Make sure you manually run PokerStars.exe.

I'm trying to get TableNinja to work with Pokerstars.

OK, thank you for the info. That was my assumption based on some internal discussion I saw earlier but I just wanted to be sure there wasn't something else broken as a result of their update. Good Luck.

Is there another way to transfer notes from one HM2 database to another? I've tried backup and restore but it's not working.

That is the only way to do it, and it should work assuming that the players with notes from DB1 are in DB2. If you already have player notes in DB2 they will get overwritten in DB2 unlike HM1 where they would be combined/added together.

What version number are you using? Did you deselect everything except [x] Player Notes and choose the [x] Skip Database option?

Update to 7053 and give it another try if you are using 6866 - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...AutoUpdate.exe

If it still doesn't work let me know and I can do some detailed testing with my hands/databases but I am in the middle of some other critical testing right now and am unable to test this.
