This is a known issue and it has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. While I don't have a specific date for when this issue will be resolved, this is on a short list of bugs our parsing programmer is working on for the next update.

I know last night I played the 1.75k $5.50 6m rebuy and was hudless, played a few others this weekend with same result. HM1 btw! It's strange too I can play the $5/10/$16 SH bounty freezeouts with no guarentee and I get the hud, but not on any real tournaments

I either have that update or the 2nd to last one, but I'll try updating and grinding out MTTs tmrw and find specific tournaments

Does table finder work?

Yeah, the table finder might help. On the old Bumblebee sitngos I don't need the table finder but with the New Bumblebee's I do. So it's a mixed bag for me as well.

i havent found requested stats for "vs flop cbet" chraise srp/3bet pots in update, still same overall chraise. Its same stats as ive posted in the picture

Is this the promised update for fixing lags/snappiness? because it seems that stats switch snappier in replayer, but MAN THE BINKING OF STATS become 5x faster, its like my stats are binking in replayer 5x/10 seconds which is incredibly annoying. Is this going to be fixed lol??? i mean is that really that hard to fix or what?
i mean im at the point where me and my friends really want to switch to HEM2, if you fix this crappy binking of stats man (this is important as we spend a ton of time working in HEM off tables).
binking and replayer layout (stacksizes not being bold/big) is what is most disgusting about hem2 at this point... where as everything else seems vgood. Come on guys!!!

Stats are my least favorite thing and I got lost a few quotes ago so I am going to send an email to our stats specialists on the team and see if we can get you a detailed answer.


No, that is still a ways off. We are finalizing our next release which will include a database update for the problems with some special characters in player names as well as some changes we made to 3b/4b/5b/All-In stats. After this next release we will start working on the major update with the performance improvements but we don't have a specific/announced ETA for it yet since those types of estimates always come back to bite us.


The replayer HUD blinking problems is a high priority issue for us that the developers are working on. I agree that it seems to have gotten worse lately and seems to be the worst when hovering over the stats to initiate the popups. If you enable the HUD Options > Config Properties > General Settings > [x] Click for stat popup, it should help to eliminate the problem until we can fix it properly.

The things you mentioned about the replayer improvements are planned for the future but they won't happen until sometime after we have released the new hybrid caching and datagrid improvements we are working on.

Thx for ur reply, pretty much all i need is ability to switch replayer layout in hem2 to hem1 (or at least have it similar to hem1), and remove blinking (i`m too used to "not click for popup", so cant use that option).

This is from 6 months ago and they said it was a known issue then but it seems no progress has been made on fixing it? Was good to read about the workaround though - that's at least somewhat helpful

Another problem that always come up is the incorrect EV stats in the Active Session tab. The stats seems to show up correctly in the Report section though.

wow guys, this is a must add stats (i mean chraise vs cbet srp/3bet is probably as important as flop/turn cbet/fold vs cbet looool, how can you not have it when you have all the other overspecific stats)

Some people can/could but there seems to be a new problem caused by some of our licensing changes that are causing problems for people trying this recently. We are investigating this new problem but it will likely take us some time to resolve.

Do you (or any of your opponents) have special/cyrillic characters in your screen name? Which specific version number are you using currently?

Make sure the pokerstars client preferred seating option is set to seat 3 on 6max and seat 5 on 9max. Make sure the HM2 HUD Options > Seating Preferences are set to the same numbers.
