No, we do not support that network. There are likely some 3rd party converters/catchers out there to import the hands or trick the HUD into working but I don't recall the names off the top of my head. If you have any problems using that type of software to make HM2 work on a unsupported network it is not anything we can help with.

too bad...please tell me the name of those converters(pm me if you want)

on a other topic...my C (computer drive) is full and most of the space is occupied by postgrsSQL...like 90GB...is this normal?

can i delete some of this stuff?

The only one that comes to mind checking our forums is PokerPlaner.

We recommend you maintain more than 20% free space on your system drive. Please see this FAQ to clear up some more free space.

They renamed Rapid to Rapid 2. Restarting HM2 should download the updated party.cfg file to get it working again. If that doesn't solve it you can manually edit the C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\ Config\Party.cfg with the following code:

If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory.

Hi any ideas as to why my HUD wont work on william hill tournament tables when i get a table change? HUD works fine for a start and then cannot detect the table in table finder once i have been changed tables in tournament. can only find the original / starting table in finder

Make sure that the Site Time Adjustment is properly configured such that the Time Stamp in the Reports for the hand matches your local windows clock time.

If you continue to have problems:

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

Since updating Pokerstars yesterday my HM is going crazy.
He's giving no stats and when there are it's not complete (sometimes my own stats are not visible). Sometimes I see stats but they are not updated properly. What can I do?

Is there any possibility, or research being done into how one can add hands from Svenska Spel (Boss Media) new client to HEM2? I don't care about getting the HUD to work, I just want to be able to import hands, even if it's just importing a few important hands manually, so I can review them after a session.

Pokerstars updates will sometimes disable their own client option to save hand history files.

Make sure your site is configured to save hands and that HM2 is setup to auto import those hands.

*Note that we do not support play money hands so you must test/play real money hands when using HM2.

Make sure the poker client and hand histories are both in English. If it is not, you need to change it in the Lobby Options or reinstall the software and choose English.

At this point it is not possible. We are looking into adding support for manual import of these files to HM3 but we are not sure it will be possible, and if it is possible we are not sure how long it would take to implement at this point.

bought a new pc and having a problem with HM.
I use a panel for BB's. when I try to move the stats the stats go flying to the top of the screen while BB's disappear fast to the bottom of the screen. It doesn't happen to all stats but the 2 at the bottom keep doing this and the only way to get it back is if I delete the panel

This might be caused by the Overhang setting. Go to HUD Settings - General Settings - Common Settings - Overhang and set that to 0.

If you continue to have problems:

1. Make sure your poker client is closed and right-click on the shortcut icon for the client.
2. Select "Properties" on the menu that pops up.
3. Go to the "Compatibility" tab.
4. Under Settings, put a check in the box labeled "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings."
5. Use the "Apply" button to save this information.

Use the following instructions to do the same for Holdem Manager to 125 or 96/Normal - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...g+DPI+settings

If none of that helps:

1) Export any custom HUD configs.
2) Open the HM2 > HUD Settings > HUD Designer menu > Click 'Reset' > [x] Panel Positions > OK

1) Open one Table, play at least one hand.
2) Move the stats with the Arrow Buttons (< >) on the Table Averages HUD to rotate your HUD where it belongs.
3) Now you can open further tables but you will always have to play at least one hand for the stats to be moved to the correct positions.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing. Also make sure to include a link to this thread and your forum name so we don't suggest the same things again.

I am not sure if that is the same but give it a try and make sure you do the other general step to set windows dpi settings to 96/normal.

no didn't work. having trouble sending log. sorry for noob question but where is charm bar/app located cant find it on windows 10

update. I just tried setting up one through tournament instead of default and it worked still strange how it wouldn't work for default though

I haven't heard that 'charms bar' mentioned in years, had to google it:

In Windows 8, you can activate the bar by going to the top or bottom right corner of your desktop and the bar will open. In Windows 10, Microsoft has removed that functionality and placed these Charms inside modern apps with a small drop down in the top left corner.

Not sure what that has to do with sending logs though.

You edited the 'tournament' HUD with an extra panel and it isn't behaving like the 'default 2.0 hud' you previously modified and are having problems with? It sounds like that HUD profile could be corrupted. I recommend cloning a HUD and giving it a new name before you modify it instead of editing default HUD profiles. It makes it easier to back them up and delete them if they become corrupt so they can be reimported.

Please export your HUD's in HUD Settings > HUD Designer.

Then delete the prefs.xml file in this folder:

Windows 7/8/10, Vista

C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Config

XP

C:\Documents And Settings\[Username]\Application Data\HoldemManager\Config

To see these folders you may have to enable hidden files.

Try to reproduce the problem using the default HUD/settings. If it works properly you can try importing your customized HUD again. If the problem returns after importing the custom HUD then you know that config is corrupted and you will need to delete it and rebuild it from scratch or import an older backup of that HUD config that was created before the corruption. If you have to rebuild the HUD and don't have a backup/export of your HUD from before the corruption occurred you can try to find a similar HUD to use as a starting template from our HUD Repository.
