Most players like to track their own play - it's not that hard to import folded hands. If the database needs a complete hand history simply use a dummy one where everyone folded before the flop - they still provide enough info to do that.

Of course the hud will be harder to use but if people still want to use it why remove that choice?

The hands they write can be imported but they will cause the reports and HUD to contain inaccurate data and stats. More discussion on why we chose to do it, and statements we posted from management, can be found in this thread on our forums. We are looking into possibly adding back support for HU tables, where the hands are not incomplete, but we have no plans to support incomplete hand histories as the stats would be inaccurate in both the reports and HUD.

there are so many of your customers asking for you to bring back HUD support on Prima network - and you are choosing to ignore them - even on your own Holdem Manager forum people are asking for this - tbh that clearly shows you dont give a .... about your customers

If i purge hands from my database in HM2, they'll be completely erased from my computer/harddrive or they just won't show up in the database anymore?

There are no plans to add importing/HUD back in future builds at this time for anything but HU tables and that is still not confirmed as something we will actually do. We try and provide stats that are as accurate as possible and that is not something we can do when they choose to write hands in this manner.

The will be purged from the postgresql database and no longer show in the reports or HUD. The original hand history files in your archive folder* are not touched during a purge or delete, just the database.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.

I'm encountering the same problem as you. Pokerstars keeps crashing due to this software and I'm not getting any reaction from the tiltbreaker support.

me too please, or post it here. I think it might actually be a CMD prompt/line command. I bumped the internal email to TB and our management but have not got a reply yet with the file/command.

Is there a forum/thread for HM3 here or on the HM site? I can't find anything.

We have not opened up a HM3 forum yet as it is still early in the private beta so we want all communication done via the send feedback button in the software and support ticket emails. We will be opening up some HM3 forums on our site once we expand the beta further and/or make it a open public beta.

For now, to change the HUD, you have to right-click the HM3 Icon (Holdem Manager Server) in the system tray. In our next release there will be a new 'HUD' menu on the main GUI with a menu option to toggle between the Graphical HUD and Standard HUD easier.

Those screen shots are too small to make out what is happening. Can you post or send us some larger images in a support ticket/email and tell us which 888 skin are you on and what the software version number is in the Help > About menu?

hopefully these screenshots are better. I fired up a 10c SNG like a boss to illustrate:-)
It is a 10 handed table and my Hud is messy because i haven't use it on 10 handed tables, but the problem remains the same. I think when clicking on of the three symbols at the bottom right of the table, HM thinks that the table expand and shift some players HUDs to the right.

I am playing on the standard 888 skin (is it ROW) from Germany.

Software version is p-1-en-4-7.2-30-39

Thanks. This is because the size of the window changes and there likely isn't anything we can do on our end to fix it. You could try creating a new HUD with a different name and adjust that one accordingly so you can switch to that one when you open the tourney info.

just updated my hm2 after not playing for a month almost and hud doesn't work for me on zoom tables (pokerstars), but it works on regular ? any idea what I should do ?

IMPORTANT Zoom Installation Instructions:

Make sure you always start HM2 first before you open the PokerStars Client. If you closed PokerStars for any reason and did not close HM2 please close them both and start HM2 before you start PokerStars again.

On the first run, you must start the Hold'em Manager 2 HUD BEFORE you launch PokerStars. If PokerStars is open, you must close PokerStars, start the HUD and then open PokerStars before Zoom HUD will function properly. If the Zoom HUD is not displaying after doing the above, please uninstall PokerStars, rename the associated C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\PokerStars.xx folders. and re-download and install PokerStars as the PokerStars installation is more than likely corrupted and a PokerStars reinstall should resolve the issue.

Please check all of the steps on this FAQ.

If you continue to have problems please tell us which ps.xx skin you play on, what the client/server version numbers are, and send the requested files/screenshots as instructed at the end of the Zoom setup FAQ in the link above.

- Close HM2 and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

i have a suggestion for the active session and the session summary tab

i would really like it if its possible to add a few more basic stats to this tab
right now you can see the graph and net won ev, but i would really like to check this tab during sessions to also see a few stats like WTSD. W$SD and W$WSF

i believe this isnt possible right now, correct? perhaps a good idea for a future update?

It is not possible and not something that will get added to HM2 at this point in it's life cycle but it is possible in the HM3 > Live Play > Key Stats section. You can add basically any report stat to that section via the Stats Picker (circled in red):
