Thanks again!
This is due to winning more bb on average over more hands when the blinds are smaller and losing more chips over fewer hands when the blinds are bigger. Quite common for tourney players and/or cash players with smaller samples.

Thanks again for the quick reply. I'm also wondering, is there a way for me to see all of my opponent's stats as an average? I'd like to compare my own stats to the entire field of people I play against.

Is it possible to show the preflop hand strength in the hud for PLO ?
Like say: "Top 9,54% of hands"

You can see a list of some stats for you and the field on the Opponents tab. You can not add other stats (only hide included stats) to the Opponents tab like you can on the Reports tab Reports though. The weighted average of these stats are totaled at the bottom of the Opponents > Players > Summaries view.

No. The software doesn't know what your hole cards are until after the hand is finished/imported. That would require screen scraping and it is not something we use in our software.

During the first tournament I made sure that all of the HUD stats were appearing where they should be. When I started a second table the stat boxes were all over the place. When I moved a stat box for table two, the same seat on table one was affected. I could not move the boxes on one table without affecting the other, with the result that stat boxes were getting on top of each other on at least one table.

I have not tried to multitable since that tournament. Any ideas what could have caused that?

Also, do you have a rough idea when HM3 will be ready? Are we talking about a few weeks? A few months? A year?
Fozzy, I solved the problem, but it took me a while to figure it out. The preferred seating was the problem, but the problem was not incorrect HUD settings.

It turns out that with Juicy Stakes the HUD preferred seating and the Juicy States preferred seating (which I didn't know that they had) didn't match.

In case this comes up again, here is the path to preferred seating on Juicy Stakes:

On the main lobby click on "Options" at the top of the page. On the Game Options page click on Games, then Seating.

HM2 is crashing while I play. This is so annoying. Maybe it's because I have a large database? How can I fix it?

That is unlikely to be the cause. Have you tried testing with a smaller database?

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

In my hem2 tab, there is overall, stack size, tournament results, tournament winnings graph and tournaments.

When i click on my partypoker username, there is nothing showing in overall and stack size. It does show in tournament results. It works for pokerstars and 888poker.

Is there a reason for this?

Also, i believe in single table sngs, you can find out how much you are running above or below EV right? If so, how do i do this? I played some low stakes sngs and recalled with hem1, you could find out how much you are above or below EV by putting a checkmark on the EV adjusted. How about hem2? Also does it record it correctly no matter what the format for the single table sng?

I don't think my filters are working properly.

In a sample of about 6500 hands, I applied the following filters:

Advanced Action Filters -->Preflop action is R (Raise) and Flop Action is BR (Bet Raise)

It only returned a total of 16 hands. My intention was to find all hands where I raised preflop and then was checkraised on the flop. Indeed, the 16 hands it returned were examples of this, but there's no way I've only been checkraised 16 times (if we need proof of this: according to the Opponents tab, my opponents checkraise my cbet 16% of the time. Of course, this works out to way more than 16 hands).

So what's going on?

Please try to vacuum/analyze and reindex your database.

If you continue to have problems, try the following:

Try creating a new DataBase and import a small portion of your \HM2Archive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB.

If the new database seems to work properly, it sounds like your database might be corrupt. Please continue to use the new database and import the rest of your hands using the steps above. This is why regular backups are a good idea. If your database becomes corrupt you can restore a backup and only have to import the most recent hands (that were played after the backup was created) and edit any tournament results if necessary. I recommend keeping at least the most recent 2 or 3 backups in case the most recent one does not restore properly you can try the previous backup.

Here is a FAQ explaining how to backup your database and all settings in one easy step.

If none of that helps please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to us using the 'Contact Support' link.

Yes, this can be done but the technique will defer for checking $EV or cEV. EV is only calculated for Single Table Tourneys. There could be some isolated inaccurate $EV depending on the site/game such as Stars Knockouts, Spins, etc where EV is more difficult to calculate.

To see $EV you have to use the More Filters > Tournament Filters to filter for the specific games/types on the Tournament Winnings Graph.

To see cEV you can use the Tournament Results report, or any other Report + More Filters then click the 'Show or hid the results graph' button to open the popup that graphs by hands vs chips instead of games vs dollars.

You can disable the stat specific popups auto popup on hover but then those popups will show (instead of the main popup) when you click which would not solve your problem:

Go to HUD Settings > General Settings > Advanced Settings and tick 'Click for Stat Popup' to show popups on click rather than on hover.

If you don't ever want to see popups you would have to do the above then open the HUD Settings > Stat Appearance menu and select your HUD from the upper left preview menu. Then in the 'Selected Stat' window choose each stat one by one and under Stat Settings > Popup: choose the first popup from the top of the drop-down list that is empty without a popup name. Now hovering over or single clicking a stat will not show a popup at all. Double clicking a popup however would still switch it to the red background showing session stats.

More Filters > Basic Filters:
- Common Filters > PFR = Yes
- Position and Action > Preflop Action Facing Hero = Unopened

Other Advanced Filters:
- Preflop > Faced Preflop 3Bet = False > +
- Flop > Hand Saw Flop = True > +

OK

More Filters > Basic Filters > Common Filters > CBet = Yes + Other Advanced Filters > Flop > Flop Was Check Raised = True > + > OK

If you wanted to do it using the advanced action filters you would have to include all possible scenarios (BR, BC, BF... ) and also add IP on flop.

p.s. I don't see a Check Raise CBet stat on the opponents tab. There is a Raise Flop CBet stat but that is for all raises, not just check raises, so it is going to be higher than a check raise only stat.

Full if you haven't done one recently. That is not 'big' necessarily. Many customers have much larger databases without issues.

You can not use the Active Session tab when playing at Prima/Microgaming skins. Please use the Reports > More Reports > Sessions report instead.

Make sure that the Site Time Adjustment is properly configured such that the Time Stamp in the Reports for the hand matches your local windows clock time - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ime+Adjustment

If you continue to have problems:

Please follow the instructions in this FAQ and reply back with the answers to the 12 questions in that FAQ. Those answers should help us quickly identify your issue, skipping questions will just mean we have to ask again in the next email and will delay the resolution of the issue.

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

I did this. Took about 5 minutes. Is that about right? Message says its finished.

It doesn't show anything still in overall and stack size tab. IN the bottom it says

no results found clear your filters? Then shows ready in the bottom.

If i click on more reports, then click on by poker site or say tournament stack size, these tabs would be added and it would show the numbers though.

5 minutes sounds about right. The amount of time depends on database size, your machine's performance and how long it has been since the last vacuum.

If that didn't solve the problems please follow the rest of the steps in the original reply. It would be faster/easier to help you with this problem if you created a support ticket email at our site instead of posting here. The back and forth of a more complex issue like this is very difficult to do in a forum thread with so many other posters.

Close HM2
Please delete everything in:

Win Vista/7/8: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Re ports and \Filters
Windows XP: C:\documents and settings\username\application data\HoldemManager\Reports and \Filters

Showing hidden files: http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...in+Windows%3F+
Restart HM2 and the issue should be resolved.

If you continue to have problems:

Try creating a new DataBase and import a small portion of your \HM2Archive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB.
