That is a false positive as long as you are trying to download the file from our site's downloads page, or from the beta release thread, via left-click or right-click > save as... menu.

Hey there. I like to be able to post my stack size of the

0bb-10bb
11bb-15bb
16bb-25bb
26bb-40bb
41bb-60bb

etc... on a thread on the 2p2 forum because i want to know if i am indeed running very bad. Im mostly a 180 man player.. mainly 8s and 3.50 rebuys but i also play low stakes tournaments as well. However i want to know how i do mainly at 180 mans only EV vise. Can you tell me how do i filter this in hem2 with the bb/100? Basically i know im running very bad but i just want to make sure of this.

Basically after every session, i check my stack size bb/100 at every level and its usually a decent positive number. But i know someone mentioned you have to look at the overall number etc.

I have HM2. About a month ago I tried for the first time to play two tables on Juicy Stakes Poker. Everything was the same: both tables had ten seats, both were MTTs, tables were both maximum size (overlapping) and I had preferred seating on (bottom center of the table.)

During the first tournament I made sure that all of the HUD stats were appearing where they should be. When I started a second table the stat boxes were all over the place. When I moved a stat box for table two, the same seat on table one was affected. I could not move the boxes on one table without affecting the other, with the result that stat boxes were getting on top of each other on at least one table.

I have not tried to multitable since that tournament. Any ideas what could have caused that?

Also, do you have a rough idea when HM3 will be ready? Are we talking about a few weeks? A few months? A year?

Click Options in the lower left and change Y-Axis back to Winnings = USD (you have it set to Big Blinds) and change X-Axis = Hands/Tournaments (you have it set to Months).

This isn't exactly what you want but the easiest way to see your stack size breakdown is via the More Reports > Tournament Stack Size report, then you can use the More Filters > Tournament Filters to filter by tournament type and buyin.

Or you can use any of the other available Reports and filter by those specific stack size ranges using the More Reports > Other Advanced Filters > [x] Other > Hero Stack in bbs is... filter.

Did you setup the Juicy > Options > Game > Seating preferred seating options or manually pick your seat while at a table? You have to do the former and make sure that the HM2 > Site Setup > Preferred Seating options match. I haven't multi-table Juicy in quite a while, and even longer since I played 2 tourneys there, but I don't recall any recent reports of problems like this.

Please update to the latest beta version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe

- After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock.*
* If you do not see an 'unblock' option you can ignore this step.
- Then, right click the file and run as administrator.

1) Export any custom HUD configs.
2) Open the HM2 > HUD Settings > HUD Designer menu > Click 'Reset' > [x] Panel Positions > OK

Please check this FAQ if you play at pokerstars - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...For+PokerStars

1) Open one Table, play at least one hand.
2) Move the stats with the Arrow Buttons (< >) on the Table Averages HUD to rotate your HUD where it belongs.
3) Now you can open further tables but you will always have to play at least one hand for the stats to be moved to the correct positions.

If you continue to have problems let me know and I can try to do some testing there if I can try to find a couple micro tournaments there I can afford to multi-table.

We do not know when HM3 will be available for public Beta. As we finalize other details, we will make announcements accordingly. We hope to open the private pre-release beta up for more invite requests after our next update in a few weeks if all goes well. If that happens you will lsee invite instructions on the HM2 Home tab when it is ready for more testers.

Did you send us the log files as instructed in that thread along with the info above? Without seeing the log files it is impossible for us to know what might be causing the problems.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing and make sure you include the information above.

I just downloaded HM2 trial..
I am a losing player but it shows my total losses at a far greater number then I deposited...

There are numerous singes at 55$ and 33$ that account for the majority of my losses..

I pro. played 2-3 if I even did of those and it has me down for 19 of these?

is this just a glitch in the trial software?

when compared to Sharkscope, these set of higher limit games don't exsist... because i never played them?

Which site or sites are you experiencing this issue with?

Any tournament with more than 1 table (and some single table games) will require a separate Tournament Summary/History file to be imported for HM2 to properly calculate the size, places, and prizes. Without this information it is impossible for HM2 to work out the correct results. The only sites that currently write these summary files that we support right now is Pokerstars, Full Tilt, and Pacific. If your site does not write summaries, or you experience any discrepancies with the results, you will need to manually edit the results via the Reports > Tournament > Tournaments > right-click > edit - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...rnament+Editor

If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem hand histories and tournament summaries to us, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to us using the 'Contact Support' link.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth e.g C:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31 or if it was auto-imported with v7283+ it would be in C:\HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then 'copy public link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.

In the last screen shot you show you are incorrectly saving your hands from the client directly to the HM2archive but your HM2 is configured to import from the proper default hand history file location. Configure your 888 client to save the hands to the same folder you have configured in the Site Setup > Auto Import Folders list and leave the Archive folder configured as it is.

If you continue to have problems:

Please follow the instructions in this FAQ and reply back with the answers to the 12 questions in that FAQ. Those answers should help us quickly identify your issue, skipping questions will just mean we have to ask again in the next email and will delay the resolution of the issue.

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop and new screen shots of these same settings you linked here in this post.
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

Glad I could help. The screen shots you posted made it easy for me to see what the problem was. If you hadn't posted those and I had just asked you to do the basics and send logs to us via a support ticket, and you didn't include those same screen shots, we may have overlooked the configuration issue. The HM2 logs only show what folder you are trying to auto import from and not what folder your poker client is configured to save the hand history files to.

Good luck at the tables. If you have any further questions or problems do not hesitate to ask us.

Should a full "optimize" take up hard drive space on HM2?

I did one about a week ago and it took up 7GB of hard drive space and then I done one again yesterday because HM was sluggish but this time 50GB of my HD space had gone?

It should reclaim space, not take it, but you have to restart HM2 (and possibly restart Windows) to see the database space used lessen.

To find out visually, what is taking up the largest blocks of space on your hard drive, I would suggest you try this free software - http://windirstat.info/

Try using that before and after your next optimization (and maybe screen shot it so you don't forget) so you can see what folders/files are getting larger. I have a feeling it is likely some \Temp folder files but can't be sure as I haven't ran an optimization in quite a while or paid attention to my free space before/after the optimization.

Yep sorry for wasting your time, My machine did say it took 50Gb but after a machine restart it gave that 50GB back and an extra 7GB.

I normally just put my PC in sleep mode but I restarted it just now on the off chance the space would come back. This is why I missed it In the beginning.

when 9tabling.. is it normal that hudfunc uses up a whole lot of cpu
i have 9 tables open with a pretty simple hud.. yet hudfunc.exe and holdemmanager.exe are the two programs are using the most cpu
i never had this with holdemmanager 1, why does this happen a lot with hem2?

Define a 'whole lot' please. What percent are each using? The more tables you play the more CPU each will use, especially the hudfunc. The larger your database is the more the holdemmanager.exe will use regardless of whether you are playing or not. Is it causing performance problems? If not, I wouldn't worry about what amount of CPU each is using unless the combined percent is significant and/or causing performance problems.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing along with screen shots of your task manager and resource monitor sorted by cpu use.
