That is not a supported site so I can't be sure this will work for that site/network.*

1) Export any custom HUD configs.
2) Open the HM2 > HUD Settings > HUD Designer menu > Click 'Reset' > [x] Panel Positions > OK
3) Open one Table, play at least one hand.
4) Move the stats with the Arrow Buttons (< >) on the Table Averages HUD to rotate your HUD where it belongs.
5) Now you can open further tables but you will always have to play at least one hand for the stats to be moved to the correct positions.

*If you continue to have problems: We can not provide technical help for unsupported sites/networks as we do not design our software to work there or test there with all of the third party tools. If you have any problems with HM2 using third party tools, to use our software with unsupported sites, all support will need to be handled by the third party software's support team.

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve.

The assigned internal issue # on this issue is HM-8848 No FastForward HUD after Party update

These changes should be available in the next gold beta release. While we do not have an exact date for the release, you will receive a prompt to update once available as long as you have enabled the Settings > General > [x] Prompt for Beta Updates.

Every time I start a new session, there are 6 stats on my HUD that change their position (all the other stats remain where I previously placed them). They show up in a vertical line and I have to drag them to the right spot for each player. If I open up a new table after, everything is aligned correctly. If I restart HM2, it goes back to the vertical line of stats. Is there any way to fix this?

Please update to the latest beta version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe

- After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock.*
* If you do not see an 'unblock' option you can ignore this step.
- Then, right click the file and run as administrator.

1) Export any custom HUD configs.
2) Open the HM2 > HUD Settings > HUD Designer menu > Click 'Reset' > [x] Panel Positions > OK

Please check this FAQ if you play at pokerstars - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...For+PokerStars

1) Open one Table, play at least one hand.
2) Move the stats with the Arrow Buttons (< >) on the Table Averages HUD to rotate your HUD where it belongs.
3) Now you can open further tables but you will always have to play at least one hand for the stats to be moved to the correct positions.

If you continue to have problems:

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

I play on Coral Poker (iPoker) and my graph doesn't accurately reflect my winnings. My net winnings € in tournaments are €63.31 and the graph displays €44.32. I thought perhaps freerolls could be bothering the program so I deleted all of them. I play exclusively SNGs so there is no mixture of games (e.g. MTTs and SNGs), the sole games in my HM2 database now are €0.5 and €1 SNGs, both 9-max turbo.

Any suggestions?

Try creating a new DataBase and import a small portion of your \HM2Archive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...y+played+hands

Try to manually edit the results via the Reports > Tournament > Tournaments > right-click > edit.

If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to us using the 'Contact Support' link.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth e.g C:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31 or if it was auto-imported with v7283+ it would be in C:\HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then 'copy public link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.

Opened HEM2 and got the message cannot connect to postgresql database. Then i clicked on connect etc and it shows message not responding. I clicked on retry connect, says error starting it. Please investigate manually the problem. I clicked start service, each time it freezes and shows not responding.

Followed the steps on

http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...dows+files#sfc

Run a Disk Check

Type: "chkdsk /f /r C:" exactly as it is, without the quotation marks, with spaces before the / and C: and hit enter.

Afterwards, you will need to restart your computer to let it run.

Now, re-run the sfc /scannow test.

If the cbs.log file is created, you can email it to support@holdemmanager.com and ask us to look for any issues, or contact Microsoft regarding it.

There are some good Microsoft forums:
- http://www.sevenforums.com/

Could not get this to work at all. When i typed that, a popup shows up but then immediately disappears. I did however did a scan on the step before that and it shows no issues.

Reset the Winsock Adapter
This causes the HMQL moduel error. It can also cause issues with Postgres and internet connection trouble.
Open the Start Menu.

Expand Programs and go to Accessories.

Right-click command prompt and run it as administrator.

In Windows 8 and 10, right-click the start link, click Command Prompt (as Administrator).

Type:

netsh winsock reset

and finally press enter and restart your computer

Im not sure what you mean by this. I use windows 10 but it isn't that original windows 10. I had done some changes on it where it sort of looks like windows 7. When i right click start menu i see

windows explorer
open
open all users
settings
help exit

I did download that video and there was mention of removing a pid file and delete it. I did not saw a pid file in that same folder from the video.

Disabling AV is not enough to know if it is the cause. It must be uninstalled.

Avast causes major issues. It blocks the database folder, keeping us from writing to it. In some cases, we have seen Avast corrupt Windows to the point the hard drive needs to be reformatted. We do not recommend using it at any time. We recommend Microsoft Security Essentials or Kaspersky for the lowest chance of HM2 conflicts while staying protected against viruses.

Many of those free Norton, Mcaffee, Comodo, Zonealarm, Avira, Avast, AVG, Bitdefender, etc, 'internet security' bundles will not work well with Holdem Manager.

Please do the following steps, so we can get your computer to a state that we know will work with Holdem Manager:

1) Uninstall any 3rd party security software bundles.
2) Reboot your computer
3) Please install the latest version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe
- After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock.*
* If you do not see an 'unblock' option you can ignore this step.
- Then, right click the file and run as administrator.
4) Enable Windows Firewall's recommended settings through your Control Panel, turn off Windows Defender (unless you are using Windows 10, in which case it should be enabled), and add firewall exceptions for HM and SQL - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...rewall%29#MSES
5) Install Microsoft Security Essentials (unless you are using Windows 10) for antivirus/malware protection and update it - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14210

This is usually a firewall or windows update issue and the following guide gives a step by step guide.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing and a link to this thread with your forum name.

Hi there. But is there a reason why Avast worked before? I recalled once i had an issue with this due to not putting hem and or postgres or some other program in the exclusion. But once that was done, i haven't had issues like this. So if i have the paid version of avast/malwarebytes, still this is bad for holdem manager?

I looked at the settings on avast and on the exclusions,

it has nothing for the file paths

Only on cypercapture it has

programfiles/x86/sessionlord

users/paulyjames/desktop/to/to.exe

users/paulyjames/desktop/to/update1.exe

f drive /to/to.exe

So putting those thigns in avast in exclusion won't do anything?

Okay so i will uninstall both avast and malwarebytes. But i typed firewall and and it shows windows defender pc status: windows defender is off

Message shows windows defender is off because you have an existing AV program.

Confused with 5th step. Im using windows 10 now. So i dont install it? But wouldnt that mean i have no antivirus on it?
Holdem Manager Support Quote
02-22-2017 , 04:30 PM
Avast works for some and not others, paid or free version does not matter, so we just suggest you uninstall it to be sure it is not the problem.

I have no idea what cybercapture is or what any of those files are.

Windows 10 has Windows Defender (which was called security essentials in older windows versions). Once Avast and MBAM are uninstalled you want to enabled Windows Defender.

If you continue to have problems please send us the log files as instructed above.

hi there. Well that is a tab on avast where i click it, i see exclusions on it such as sessionlord and tableoptimizer. So back then i had issues running those programs and i had to put those in exclusion list i recall.

i uninstalled both avast and malwarebytes.

I put in all those files in the exclusion on windows defender. Then i downloaded that updated hem2 file. It installs but then it goes back tot he same thing. HEM 2.0 setup wizard and mentions it cannot connect to postgreSQL.

Clicked retry connection and doesn't work. Clicked start service and it shows not responding.

Yes i noticed windows defender is now turned on. It looks exactly like microsoft essentials.

We can't know what is causing the problems if you don't send the log files as I requested above. You need to create a support ticket and send us the logs so we can determine the cause and provide a solution.

Please follow the instructions above in the FAQ and if it doesn't help send the log files in a support ticket as instructed above. I can't know what is causing the problems without seeing the logs and we don't want you posting/attaching log files on public forums for your account/license security reasons.

I've created a new database and imported the whole folder C:\HM2Archive into it. The results are identical to my former database. Net winnings € are accurate in the reports tab but the graph just isn't displaying them all.

I would gladly change anything necessary manually to correct the graph but don't know what there is to change. When manually scanning the database everything seems normal. As stated, all the games are of the same format (9-max SNGs) and there seem to be no irregularities (e.g. HoldemFL instead of HoldemNL or something like that, which has happened to me in the past on 888).

EDIT: Just noticed the graph is actually correct (= the shape of the graph). I just thought it should look different because the numbers didn't correspond. The thing is I play in € and the graph displayed lower numbers than the number in the reports tab but as long as I leave the graph in $, the number of € in the reports tab corresponds to the number of the graphs last peak in $ (basically the graphs are identical, it's just that if the graph is in € the numbers don't match, but it's the same thing).

What have I done/am I doing wrong? If it's something silly I've messed up and there's a quick fix, I'd be glad to get any advice. Otherwise consider my problem solved. I don't really care if the graph says the amount displayed is $ as long as it's basically the same graph of my winnings (which are in €).

Hi!

I contacted support directly about the above issue on 11th of Jan. Issue number HM-8837.

Do you have any workaround for this as the there seems to be no fix in the near future? That guy is playing almost every night and it's annoying that I am not able to use the software I paid for.

There is no workaround for this but it is on the short-list of things for our developers to fix next. We will be pushing a HM2 beta soon with a quick fix for the No HUD on Party FF tables, then the developers will be working on this issue, and a few other popular issues, for the next HM2 beta/release. I do not have an estimate for when this issue will be resolved. We do not give estimates until it has been confirmed as fixed by our internal testers and the release is imminent.

While we do not have an exact date for the release, you will receive a prompt to update once available as long as you have enabled the Settings > General > [x] Prompt for Beta Updates. You will have to check the release notes when updating, our releases forum, to be sure the fix for your issue is included in the 2nd beta release.

The last time it happened, i signed up again and download the lastest version. But now i can't even do that.

How am i suposed to update? Fozzy? Or the ideia is exactly that, to signed up every time there's a new update?

Edit:

Ok, i have it in my mail box that's connected to my HM account. Makes sense.

Please create a support ticket via the Contact Support link attention to me and I will send you the link to use if you have any issues with the auto update prompts. Things have changed since the private alpha testing process and you now have to have a pre-release beta trial license. Some/many of those that were in the private alpha testing group were not able to request a beta trial license before we closed the page where you have to request a beta trial license. If you don't have a beta trial license I can manually issue you one and send you the download link. The current beta version is probably going to expire within a week or so but we should have a new update out before it expires hopefully.
