Make sure that the Site Time Adjustment is properly configured such that the Time Stamp in the Reports for the hand matches your local windows clock time.

If you continue to have problems:

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

I use the overall/tourney results tab and never check the active session tab anyway, is that what you mean? I cannot find my sessions tab in more reports for a few months now, maybe since when I converted to windows 10. I followed the FAQ to try to get it back (disabled UAC and deleted reports folder) but no luck so far. I also adjusted time settings, so will report tomorrow.

There is no More Reports > 'Sessions' report in Tournament game mode, only for Cash mode. When sending the screen shot just use the Overall (or Tournaments) report so we can see the most recent hands imported and be able to compare their Time column to your Windows clock.

Fozzy, this is the second reference I've seen to a possible Windows 10 compatibility problem. I currently use Windows 8 but I was thinking about getting a W10 machine sometime in 2017.

Should those of us who are thinking about moving to W10 wait to make that decsision?

I (and most/all of the testers and developers) use Windows 10 since it came out. The only issue that some users have with Win 10 is with PostgreSQL connections after Win 10 updates. From what I have seen this most often happens to those using the various 3rd party antivirus programs we advise against using. I have never had this problem myself but it is one of the reasons HM3 will no longer use PostgreSQL.

I personally couldn't stand Win 8 and forgot how much I hated it until I had to reset my Dell Venue Pro 8 tablet recently and lost my free Win 10 upgrade. There is no reason not to use Win 10 IMO as long as you use the Windows firewall and Defender for antivirus protection.

I used to have only hm2 but I recently got some filters I wanted to use but they only worked on pt4 so I run both hm2 and pt4 at the same time. I play on carbon poker and have had problems with lag lately. Would this be a problem with hm2, pt4 or carbon or a combination of 2 or 3 of them? Yesterday I just ran pt4 and it worked fine but when I opened hm2 later it did not import the hands for yesterday. Today I ran both and had problems again with lag and slow import of hands. Can I run both hm2 and pt4 at the same time or does that cause problems?

Played with HEM site time adjustments and in-client ones and seems to have fixed it. Thanks Fozzy!

PT4 likely archived the hands so you will need to manually import them to HM2 from the PT4 processed folder - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ldem+Manager+2

Running both at the same time is not wise as they will fight over the files that need to be archived and they both use PostgreSQL for the databases.

If you have problems with HM2 when running it without PT4: please reproduce the problem and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

Maybe adding an option to opt it in for users with high end performance computers.

I've no idea how it even works right now. Sometimes refreshing is getting stuck somehow and HM2 is refreshing after each refresh even if no new hands are imported. Sometimes it isn't starting refreshing even if I click HM2 to put it under focus and then only clicking refresh manually helps.

Is there some other workaround? Maybe adding hotkey for manual refresh.

I tried to make a hotkey using Mouse Recorder software, but it somewhy doesn't register clicks on HM2 window.

If you have auto refresh enabled the HM2 window has to stay in focus for a few (I forget the exact time needed) seconds to auto refresh. If you mass multi table it will likely never auto refresh and you would be better off disabling the auto refresh so you can just click the Refresh button as needed.

Please see this FAQ for help in resolving licensing issues.

If you continue to have problems we need you to send us the \HM2Logs folder as explained in the last steps under 'Contact Support'.

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then 'copy public link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.

Which Firewall and AntiVirus are you using?

Try this:

Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts and multiple 'check for updates'), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser).

Uninstall PostgreSQL & try the following steps:

1) Run cmd.exe as Admin (Start > Search 'cmd' > Right-Click > Run As Admin)
2) in CMD window run (type the code then hit Enter key) following command:
Code:
net user postgres /del
3) Reboot PC
4) after reboot open cmd.exe again & run following commands:
Code:
net user postgres postgrespass /add
net localgroup Administrators postgres /add
net localgroup Users postgres /delete
runas /user:postgres cmd.exe
When it asks about password please input postgrespass & don`t worry if you don`t see any new symbols\inputs in cmd window. If you did all steps right then you should get new cmd window for postgres user.

5) Download PostgreSQL installer (http://get.enterprisedb.com/postgres...-1-windows.exe) & move (copy/paste) it from the \Downloads folder to C:\
6) in new cmd window for postgres user run following commands:
Code:
cd c:\
start postgresql-8.4.22-1-windows.exe

i asked for this feature via email like 2 years ago....its an awesome idea for all sng players and some higher volume mtt players.

The ticket for this request (HM-5357) only had your email address linked to it so no one else had requested it, as such the developers closed the ticket as it was not a popular request. There is a similar request still open (HM-4848
Feature Request: Add Ability to Enable/Disable HUD Options > Tournament Filters During Live Play) but it too is not very popular (only a few customer emails linked to it) so it never made it up the priority list. I added it to the HM3 requests discussions document for the HM3 Development team to discuss as we move forward to see if they might think one of those 2 features may be more useful, or easier to implement at least, in HM3 than it was in HM2.

Are you referring to the multiplier value? There is no stat our tournament editor field for this value. The only thing you can do is manually edit the results via the tournament editor.

+1 to this idea, had it some time but never posted.

I would like to have more customization for example:
If there is 100+ hands in 31 to 40bb sample then filter 31 to 40bb, if not look if there is 100+ hands in 21 to 50bb sample then filter, if not etc... and in the end if there isn`t enough hands just show all stats.
But this is probably too complex to hope it will be implemented.

Or have ability to triple click or something like that to look unfiltered stats same you can quickly look current table stats.
Or have possibility to choose in pop-ups filtered stats or unfiltered stats.

If any one else likes the ide please give a +1...as it might promt the developers to make it happen.

My personal preferance would be to have all(regular) hud numbers until theres enough hands in the filter subsection to activate it.
Fro ex. You build up 200 hands for villain for 31-40bbs and it automaticly switches hud for only those hands with those stacks..and so on for any other stack size filter you set up

Aditionaly it would be good if hud changes color to let you know its on a filter....but its workable without this as well
