I did a quick search in this thread and was unable to find something.

My question is about using HM2 on Carbon (Merge). I am sure there is probably a setting for this somewhere but I was unable to find it. My HUD works perfectly in both normal mode and mini mode as far as window size, however when I am in mini mode the HUD is way too small to see while playing. Is there a way to enlarge the size of the HUD when playing in Mini mode so that it is actually usable? The normal window size on Carbon is just way too large and makes it very difficult to multi table. Thanks for any advice on making this work!

Hi,

When you go to the buy now option it should allow you to choose either one of them then click on the buy now button and a drop down will appear allowing you to choose the combo version,

Hi,

Can you please clarify which areas you are referring to as the filters/hands sections are in serveral different places within the app so i want to make sure i am testing the correct area for this so can i please ask you to post a quick screenshot

Hi,

Earlier today I made a post in the HM thread about upgrading from HM1 small stakes version to HM2 Pro version. I have just bought HM2 Pro and got my serial numer however, when I just tried to register HM2, my serial number does not seem to match.

For example, the place where I am required to type the code looks like this:
XXX-XXXXXX-XXXXX

but my serial code looks like this:
XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX

so basicly it doesn't match and won't let me register my HM2 pro version

if you have any clue what I'm doing wrong I would love to hear that.

Can you please let us know which version of HM you are using? also provide us with more details ie is it not loading is it loading and not showing anything?

Hi,

This is usually to do with scaling please go to HUD options > config properties > if scale font is ticked you may want to untick it as this will reduce the size of the HUD as the table gets smaller so not ideal for mini mode, If after un-ticking it the font size is to large you can just manually reduce the font size.

I would like to apologize for the issues you are having can you please PM me your email address you used to purchase HM2 and i will look into your account to make sure the code is correct can you also Please send your Reg.log file from the C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager folder folder. (XP users will find that in C:\Documents and Settings\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager folder.
If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'reg'. Email this log file to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

Also Please send your log.txt file from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager folder. (XP users will find that in C:\Documents and Settings\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager folder.)

My Rake for Merge seems to be off by about 17% (too high). I was watching the rake column update automatically on my reports at the start of one of my sessions, and even though I did not play a raked hand, it went up 10 cents and 1 cent. Since I play nl200+, these did not seem to be valid rake amounts, but for some reason, I was credited with the rake in HEM2 (v6805). I'm not sure if you are using the correct rake methodology for Merge, or if this is some kind of programming error.

how do i uninstall HEM? its not appearing in control panel and there is no icon to uninstall it??

Hi,

If it is not in control panel and the icon is not showing then please go to C:/Program Files/RVGSoftware/HoldemManager and delete that Holdem Manager Folder Make sure you back up everything to prevent you from Loosing your settings etc

no ways to keep it on the table? Also if you use the scatter graph it means that every time you click on the flop or turn or river tab because it's a left click it disapears
