I got the HUD working with HM1 but notice 2 bugs:

1. There is no 2nl Zoom listed in the filter for the reports or sessions. The only way I'm able to see my zoom hands played is if I select all nl hands to be included. What is strange is even if I uncheck a stake like 50/100 and have every other stake checked, it will no longer show zoom hands played in the report.

2. The Abb Name stat, I set players with <50 to be pink and everyone above 50bb to be white. On the Zoom tables every player name is showing up as pink, even those above 50bb.
I just tested at a normal table and the colour code is working correctly.

I need an explanation here.

How in the world is the EV not at least even? Im a 55% fav on the flop and if I win he will have 80 chips left..

can you guys please start charging a yearly subscription for HEM updates? this would allow you to fix stuff much faster and i'd have no problem paying $100/year for HEM. i've heard so much bad stuff about HEM2 that I'm actually considering PT4.

Probably a permission problem, save the file to your download folder or your desktop and after completion move it manually to the original folder.
You'll probably get a warning message which you have to acknowledge.

I guess this is HM1? We are just investigating what is causing this. It came up recently. On which site are you playing? We have noticed this on Stars, seems like they are locking the files now.
At the moment i have no workaround for this but i'm surprised that it causes lags for you, normally it shouldn't be a problem.

FYI since the server restart today zoom hands are just importing as normal ring games (omaha). They must have changed the HH file again, do they just do this to mess with you guys??

We did release an update to HM1 in our forums yesterday and it should be pushed live within the next few days. You can download it from HERE.

We would not consider charging an annual fee as you suggested but I would encourage you to try the most recent version of HM2 that was released last week. If your original 30 day free trial has expired, I would be happy to extend it for an additional 30 days if you contact me via jim@holdemmanager.com

We have issued regular updates to HM2 since it's launch at the end of 2011 and there are two updates that are planned for April.

The updates during April will also address RAM usage for (i) those with limited memory in their servers and (ii) for those with huge databases (+ 5 million hands).

Hi,

This is a known issue and it has been documented in detail and sent to the developers to resolve. While I don't have a specific date for when this issue will be resolved, we are putting out updates regularly.

The previously assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HMONE-48. We will often release builds on a limited basis, only in the forums for a few days first, so please check back on this thread http://forums.holdemmanager.com/hm2-releases/ for that ticket #.

I changed the subject line of this email to "Notify Me When HMONE-48 Is Resolved". We have assigned someone to search for these subject lines after each release, so this should insure you get notified after this fix has been released.
