Does anyone here have picture of their HEM2 hud and 888caption on how to make it look decent at a 9 max and 6 max table? Seems like there isn't much space to put all these things on a table especially the main thing that shows the winners of the last 3 pots etc.


It seems with 9 player table, there is tons of overlap for tables. Anyone know of a picture where someone has their hud over the tables and it looks decent? Even with 6 player max tables, if one has like a few lines, there isn't much space at all.

I assume those were created via NoteCaddy Premium with a custom size. If it is part of a MoteCaddy Coaching Pack you could buy/install that package or create them yourself with NoteCaddy Premium. You will need to get the specifics on how to do it from the NoteCaddy Support team if you have any issues doing it. The badges/icons themselves are stored in C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\No teCaddyBadges and those appear to be smaller than the standard 16x16 pixels so you will probably have to create/edit them with an image editor.

I don't play at pacific but you can try using the HUD Settings > General Settings > HUD Font menu's [x] 'Scale Font' or 'Font' options to edit the scaling and font sizes for your preferred HUD config. You could also use the HUD Settings > HUD Designer > 'New Panel' and 'New Line' options to configure a multiple panel HUD to make better use of the space by arranging the panels around each seat instead of a single/large panel like our default HUDs come by default. You may be able to find something to use as a template to build upon in our free HUD Repository to save yourself some time.

Regarding the Table HUD which shows last 3 winners...

You can shrink it in size vertically by not displaying 3 winners. I choose "0", but you can have 1 or 2 instead of 3

You can shrink it in size in the horizontal direction quite a lot as follows:

[1] USE A SHORTER HUD NAME
Table HUD expands horizontally to show the full HUD name which wastes a LOT of space. So "rename" the HUD to something short [I use "Z6M" for my Zoom 6 Max HUD for example]. How to do this:

HUD Settings > HUD Designer > Select the HUD you want to "rename" so it displays in the top left graphic > Click the "New" button > in the popup dialog box assign your new name ["888" for example]
You now have a clone of the selected HUD with all the same popups etc. Now all you have to do is assign it to work on 888 & change your original to not work on 888.
If the new HUD functions properly while playing you can then go back & delete the original HUD [as long as it isn't the default HUD - don't mess with that]

[2] DISPLAY LESS STATS IN THE TABLE HUD [I display none]

HUD Settings > Main Popup / Table HUD > Table HUD Stats > remove stats from the "Visible:" pane & uncheck the "Show abbreviations" box

Is there a way to use HEM on the Chico Network (i.e. Betonline)?

I believe PokerPlaner can be used to make HM2 work on that unsupported network but we can not provide any tech support for problems you encounter on unsupported networks. If you have any problems with HM2 using third party tools, to use our software with unsupported sites, all support will need to be handled by the third party software's support team as we do not provide technical support for problems with our software on unsupported sites

i have a weird bug. hm2 is working on zoom but the 6 hud move randomly (i have preferred seat on PS and Hm2, set). also i see hero hud (i checked the box 'dont show hero hud').

(they move when the hand changed)

i re installed hm2 not long ago and its now on my second hard drive, dont know if thats linked to the problem

The HUD can't detect who the hero is on zoom/fast-fold tables due to how it works compared to normal tables so that don't show hero HUD option and similar hero specific settings won't work on those tables.

For the other issue:

Please update to the latest beta version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe

- After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock.*
* If you do not see an 'unblock' option you can ignore this step.
- Then, right click the file and run as administrator.

1) Export any custom HUD configs.
2) Open the HM2 > HUD Settings > HUD Designer menu > Click 'Reset' > [x] Panel Positions > OK

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue, if all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

well i have always played zoom, always checked dont show hero hud and it always worked. is there a solution ? i really dont want it

It might be a newer issue (I see a similar closed ticket for Rush from 2013) related to changes we made for their update this summer but I did not see an open ticket for it when I checked before replying. Please create a support ticket via the 'Contact Support' link here - https://support.holdemmanager.com/ - with an explanation of the issue and whoever answers your ticket can investigate further with our QA/Testing Manager.

it works but i have a pop up ''you need to play some hands so we can see where you are''. i played hands. its like hm2 doesnt know im hero (like in my other problem, dont show hero hud).

so i still have the same problem. i should screen shot and send logs etc?

Yes, send the logs/files and details of the problems. There is only so much we can do in this thread as it is designed for simple questions not issues that need to be debugged with logs. Creating a support ticket will allow us to follow the conversation easier as well.

Yes, many customers use it on ACR and other official WPN partners/skins. I use it on Black Chip Poker myself.

you can use the old "5x Stars VPP" in your reports and multiply by 1.1 manually for now... until they add a stat for starcoins

Alright i have had the same issue happening over and over with the hem2 not working while playing. I would start hem2 before starting stars. I now just right click and run as admin as oppose to just clicking it.


Many times when i play, the hud would show up and then i play. However not much later on, i noticed many of my tables dont even have a hud showing.



And the other ones that do, well its frozen as i see many huds of players dont match other player etc. I then click on my hem2 from the bottom of my windows 7 and can't click on it. I tried the switch to and it doesn't work. So i have to basically end task of HEM2.


But when i do that, i cannot restart hem2 from my laptop. It says an instance of hem is already running. So i have to restart my computer to fix this issue. Is there a reason for this? Very annoying as im playing lot of tables then i have to either continue playing without a hud until the break or just close all my tables and then restart laptop.

The stat vs 3bet fold% in overall when in tournaments... is that fold to 3bet percentage? The reason i ask this is b/c there seems to be 2 different stats with similar name. Such as 3bet fold percentage and 3bet call percentage? Thus if someones 3 bet fold percentage is 40, then the call percentage would be 60? I think when i saw it, the numbers didn't add up to 100. Im confused here.

The thing is i dont mind how the hud looks with pokerstars. I want to see who won the last 3 hands etc. But issue with 888 is of course the table layout looks really bad.

My huds name is Default 2.0 Hud. Is that what you mean?

With my hud, i have a couple of lines. First one is the amount of hands on the player. Next one is vpip, pfr, af. Next one i have another 3 stats. Next one has 5 stats. I guess you get my picture. However i dont have any issue with my hud though. Its basically that default 2.0 hud thats very long that blocks so many things...

When you say click New in hud designer, i did this and put 888. But when i did, all the stats look all the same. Basically i like the way my hud looks. I just dont want that horizontal thing in the front of table taking up so much space... I want the last 3 winners of previous pots still shown though... So where do i go with this? You mention to click on show abbreviations. What do you mean by this because in my hud, i just have numbers showing etc. I dont have my hud such as vpip: 18 pfr: 12 af: 2 My hud doesnt bother me. Its more that thing with the default 2.0.

Is there a reason there are so many different hud names when i click on it? There is flop, turn, river, harrington basic, harrington intermediate etc. What is this suppose to be?


So basically i can just put stars or 888 or even put HUD? Then when i play on stars or 888 or any other site, then it doesn't take up that much space because of the default 2.0 thing? I had clicked on the other things like flop, turn etc but didnt like it because the hud display changed completely.

For the first time I used it on WPN and made it work with antivirus software installed. I played a SNG with Avast set to game mode, than I played a second SNG with the software installed but turned off. It worked with no problems both ways, a total of about 100 hands.

Yes.

Those 2 will not total 100 as you could also 4bet or raise the 3 bet.
