Same here, playing at a microgaming skin, and the hud doesn't work anymore

Before it displayed the results incorrectly which got fixed yesterday, but today no more hud.

Any solution?

I am sorry for the delay in reply. It looks like this fell through the cracks after the internal email I sent and never got documented by our testers to be fixed. I have wrote it myself this time and set it as a high priority bug to try and get it fixed ASAP.

If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email to support@holdemmanager.com and include "Notify Me When HM-4416 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

We do not support play money hands but had some reports of play money hands being imported by mistake that we are investigating.

The release with zoom support is not available yet.

We have an internal HM2 update for the Zoom games and it is now in testing against the real money .01/.02 games in the Stars Beta client. We will pass along further information on the timing of the public HM2 update for Zoom as soon as the internal testing is completed

It's not working for me. I am using HM1. This is getting really frustrating. Hope you will fix it ASAP.

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

If you don't see a table name listed, please drag the red X to the table and click OK.

Open the Table Finder again and the list should be populated with the table name now, so you can select it.

Select the table name to highlight it.

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK, then Yes.

I tried that already. Ever hand that I play is incomplete. And when I click table finder it says that hands aren't imported yet.
It's at cash tables.

i tried this build but still same problems, answered the questions and sent email

Its something that microgaming did to the hand history files again, as everything is set up correctly and importer says that the hands are incomplete, the fix You gave unfortunately also didn't help

Can either of you please send us your gamehistory.dat file from today for testing? Only one of our testers plays that skin and he is offline currently.
