I'd like to buy the PLO version of this. How do I do it? Do I have to download a separate program? Also, since I have HM, do I have to use the same e-mail to purchase OM? I have no idea what e-mail I used since I've bought HM around 4 times and used a throwaway e-mail for it last time.

Yes you have to use the same email/account to make the purchase so that your license will allow both products to work in one installation on the same computer. Hi, i havent played zoom for month+ and now after Stars major update and updating HM2 i dont have zoom hud , reg tables are fine.
There is the menu in the upleft corner to choose my default hud ...

Any suggestions?

Did you update HM2 to the latest beta or just the latest official release? Only the beta will work on the Zoom tables due to the recent stars changes.

After downloading, right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock. Then, right click the file and run as administrator to complete the reinstall.

Which ps.xx skin do you play on and what are the client/server version numbers?

Make sure you always start HM2 first before you open the PokerStars Client. If you closed PokerStars for any reason and did not close HM2 please close them both and start HM2 before you start PokerStars again.

IMPORTANT Zoom Installation Instructions:
On the first run, you must start the Hold'em Manager 2 HUD BEFORE you launch PokerStars. If PokerStars is open, you must close PokerStars, start the HUD and then open PokerStars before Zoom HUD will function properly. If the Zoom HUD is not displaying after doing the above, please uninstall PokerStars, delete the associated C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\PokerStars.xx folders. and re-download and install PokerStars as the PokerStars installation is more than likely corrupted and a PokerStars reinstall should resolve the issue.

Hold'em Manager suddenly stops importing hands during the session. It worked fine the whole day. Any idea what the problem could be? Thanks

Not if you don't have the setting toggled on for beta updates. You will only receive a prompt to update once available as long as you have enabled the Settings > General > [x] Prompt for Beta Updates.

Hi guys,


theres probably an easy answer to my question.....


there are a few players in NL5 Zoom that i have played tons of hands with, but my hud doesn't show any history and in the hands played stat it shows as blank. ( everything on Stars)

I tried to screen shot a few examples, but it wont let me paste them here( i have saved if need be)

Some of the players names on the HUD don't show in full and have a % mark.

a few example would be :

the bone24( the actual screen name)
Equation33 ( " ")

the name on the hud shows "the%" and "equ%)

there seems to be about 5/6 players that ive noticed that the hands havent been logged. Everything else is fine though


can anyone help?

The new beta should solve this.

Please update to the latest beta version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe

Hi
When i double click the hud panel it switches to the session mode. The session mode box has the alternative color from the hud font settings, BUT it is always almost transparent, even if the opacity of the alternative color in settings is set to opaque or totally transparent, it is always the same. Am i doing something wrong or is it bug? Thx

I can't say for sure without seeing some logs, a screen shot and the HUD file for testing.

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ging#startmenu

Please reproduce the problem and:

Sry i gave you bad information.
There is another slider, the hud opacity which was one point from the right-a little transparent. When it is fully opague both session/normal stats are totally opaque. For some reason when it is one from right the normal stats are still opaque (or at leaste seems so) but the session (with different color than pure black) are correctly transparent. So its actually working...

But just to say, when i set a color for the session stats that color doesnt match the color of the text anymore and is hard to look at... maybe a border rather than background would be better....

I am not sure I understand what the problem is exactly based on your description. Can you send us a screen shot of the HUD in each state along with a log file please?

There is a thread in the zoo with more info about their 2016 changes.

We just saw their announcement today as well and it is far too vague to know what they intend for us and basic tracker/HUD support in 2016 and beyond. They have not announced any other changes/restrictions that need to be made to our software at this point.

As i say, theres no problem anymore.. All i am saying is that if you choose black background and white text for normal hud then the white text is not going to look good on the say red background for session hud. Therefor i just suggested a border might be better...

We already use HUD panel borders as part of the auto rate / player color tag system so I don't think there would be able to implement it here easily as well.

I honestly do not know if the last update of HM1 still works there. All you can do is install/try it.

Please update to the latest/final version if you have HM1 installed - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...se_1.14.02.exe

If not installed you can still download it from our site.

We stopped selling HM1 licenses when HM2 was released in November of 2011. We stopped updating for critical bugs and providing support for HM1 at the end of April 2014 so it may not work on your/most sites if they released major updates since we last updated it - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...mmon+Questions

If you continue to have problems there is nothing else we can do since we no longer support this software so you should consider trying HM2. If you have not tried it recently you should be able to install the latest update and activate a new 30 day trial. If you have any problems with the trial let us know and we can extend the trial for you manually.

Please note that FTP/Stars recent rules changes makes HM1 no longer allowed on any Amaya software.
