Does the HUD update if you stay on the Reports instead of Active Session tab?

- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue, if all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

I got the offset and table seating right , but hud doesnt auto refresh on Microgaming.
I have to stop hud / start to add data in live play.

Any more suggestions?

This is a known issue if you are on the active session tab. Try using the reports > more reports > sessions report when playing instead and do not switch to the active session tab when playing.

If that doesn't help:

Hi Team

On Tab: Active session when i select tournament the graph is not working. I just played for an hour maybe 50 games however the graph doesnt show netwinnings neither number of tournaments played. Duration also doesnt seem to be updating. ChipEV and Hands played on the other hand look fine

can you pls help? thanks!

I don't play many tournaments, or have enough in my active database to check, but I believe that is how the graph for tournaments in the active session tab is supposed to work. if you want to see the graph by number of tournaments for the active/selected session then click the 'Filter all Reports to this Session' button under the 'Selected Session' drop-down then switch to Reports > Tournament > More Reports > Tournament Winnings Graph.

If that doesn't fix the issues, please reproduce the problem and attach a screen shot and email a detailed description of the problem along with you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and zip/attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing and we can have one of our guys that plays more tournaments than I do take a look at it.

After downloading, right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock. Then, right click the file and run as administrator to complete the reinstall.

Are you playing on pokerstars or full tilt? They are imposing rules that greatly inhibit how HUDs can work. The changes were described by Amaya a few weeks ago and can be viewed here - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...ence-guide.pdf

We have changed other features in HM2 such as the HUD Settings > Stat Appearance > 'Color Ranges' only the first 3 colors/ranges will work on FTP/Stars.

These features will still work on other sites and in the replayer for stars/tilt.

I think other players also had this problem a couple of months ago. I remember discusions about zoom and villains that had =,%,& signs in their nickname and that caused a hm2 error if I remember correctly.

I installed the beta update and will test it tonight to see if it works

If you were not using the latest beta then updating to it should likely solve the problems as the recent stars changes/updates to their zoom tables had broken the HUD on many players with spaces or unusual characters in their screen names. If that doesn't help send the requested logs and link to this thread with your forum name or at least include that same information in the quote above so we don't have to ask the same questions again.

Sorry, that is not what I meant. (My autorate rules within HEM2 on non-PS sites are working gr8. I'm fully compliant with PS new rules FWIW). I meant what file are they in so I can view them outside the HEM environment (in HEM1 they used to be in something like C:/..../icons/smallicons.png)

The images in HM2 are hard-coded and there is no file for you to access/edit.

Hi Fozzy,

I got a problem with my HM 2 since I moved from PS UK to PS EU. I had to create a new EU account. HM 2 does not import any hands. Not auto import and not manual import. All is updated, Stars settings are fine. Stars saves the hh and i can see it but nothing imports. I checked all your FAQ already, dont have a problem with hidden files or anything. Im running Win 7 with the .eu software now. Any idea what the problem could be? On all other sites everything is getting importaed accordingly.

I am looking in the opponent summaries tab, vpip; filtered for 300+ hands, vpip 0 to 100. I am looking at the frequency graph in group profile.

the software apparently lops off the tail of the distribution on the top end. it does not record in the graph any player with vpip over 48%. that arbitrary removal changes for various filtering's.

also the numerical values in the graph, whether mean median or std deviation do not correspond to values in the players listed. this is true even after I remove the players that the graph excludes.

Make sure your site is configured to save hands and that HM2 is setup to auto import those hands - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...20Setup%20Info
If you continue to have problems:

If you have more than one stars client installed you need to make sure they are all configured the same to save the hands. If you have some installed you dont use you should uninstall them and delete the associated C:\UserName\fozzy71\AppData\Local\PokerStars.xx folders.

If you continue to have problems: Try creating a new folder on your computer such as C:\StarsHands and C:\StarsTourneys then configure PokerStars to save the hands/results here in their Options > Instant Hand History menu and setup HM2 to Auto Import from here in the Site Setup menu.

If none of that helps:

I am not sure if I understand what you are describing in paragraph 2, or if I do I can't duplicate it. I am also a bit unsure about paragraph 3 and don't see anything in our ticket system so I think I am going to need you to send screen shots of each issue to us via email.

Im tried everything twice now and still doesnt work. I noticed that my computer somehow always puts the "read only" back on after i applied the settings. I dont knwo why that is. Any idea how to avaoid that?

That is a known windows bug/annoyance. It should be done, even if it doesn't appear that way, if you followed the FAQ instructions.

Please follow the instructions near the end of my reply to send us a log file and answers to the 12 questions from the HUD doesn't work FAQ so we can assist you via our support ticket email system.

Guess I will ask here. I need help getting omaha manager to work. I can't even tell u why it don't work. It just does not work. I am very limited in what I can do with technology. I would love to use and eventually buy the program but the company won't help me out side of some questions they ask and I really can't seem to get answers for them. Any suggestions?
