Sounds like a corrupt pop file.

1) Start HM2 and Export any custom HUD configs - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...rashing+Issues

2) Close HM2.

3) Please create a backup of your settings and reset your settings as explained here - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...fault+settings

4) Restart HM2

5) Manually reset your Site Setup > Seating Preferences > for your site/seats and double check your auto import and archive folders.

Try to reproduce the problem using the default HUD/settings. If it works properly you can try importing your customized HUD again that you exported in step 2 above. If the problem returns after importing your HUD you know it is a problem with your HUD Config or pop file and you will need to recreate it from scratch or import an older backup of the HUD.

If that solves your problems please email us the files you backed up in step 1 of this email by following step 2 in this FAQ - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...fault+settings

If that did not solve your problems you can restore all of your original settings using the Utilities menu as explained in step 3 of the above FAQ.

- Please export your HUD's in HUD Settings.
- Create a backup of your settings - hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/2511/Create+a+Backup+and+restore+default+settings

- Please delete everything EXCEPT FOR DATABASE, NoteCaddyDefinitions, and CONFIG in
Win7: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\
XP: c:\documents and settings\username\application data\HoldemManager

- Showing hidden files: http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...in+Windows%3F+

- Uninstall HM2 and then Reinstall HM2 - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...er_2_Setup.exe

- After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock. Then, right click the file and run as administrator.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and zip/attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F

Is it possible to connect different accounts to same nick and make HUD show combination of stats?

For example I'm playing vs. playerA on network X, but I know he's also playerB on site Y and playerC on Z. Whenever I play versus anyone of A, B or C it would show stats of A+B+C on HUD.

No. It has been requested in the past but there are no short term plans to implement this in HM2. It is too early to know if it's something we might consider for the HM3 alpha or beta versions.

Any tournament with more than 1 table (and some single table games) will require a separate Tournament Summary/History file to be imported for HM2 to properly calculate the size, places, and prizes. Without this information it is impossible for HM2 to work out the correct results. The only sites that currently write these summary files that we support right now is Pokerstars, Full Tilt, and Pacific. If your site does not write summaries, or you experience any discrepancies with the results, you will need to manually edit the results via the Reports > Tournament > Tournaments > right-click > edit - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...rnament+Editor

If you continue to have problems even after importing the summary files, please zip (right-click > send to > compressed folder) and email the problem hand histories and tournament summaries. All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have changed the default. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth e.g C:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with v7283+ it would be in C:\HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\DD\MM.

I have this issue with pokerstars. I read what you wrote again and again, and I don't really understand. I'm not very good with computers. How does it work to import the Tournament hand histories ? I was thinking I was already doing it, since the hands are well recorded ?

I must say that even tough I play with Hold'em manager opened, I still don't really use it. I'm just happy to have my hand recorded and be able to look at them after, but I'm mostly hoping I can figure it out in the delay of 30 days.

Thank you !

You may need to request and import any/all of your old tournament histories and import those to HM2 to correct issues with old tournaments showing wrong results. Stars did not write the tourney summaries to your hard drive in the past, like FTP did, so please enable the option in the PokerStars client via their lobby options and make sure that HM2 has added both the hand history and summary folder to your Auto Import Folder Configuration and this will ensure future tournaments have correct results automatically.
http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...er+Stars+Setup

For older tournaments email support@pokerstars.com and ask for ALL your old Hand Histories and Tournament Audit Files in .htm format. They will send you an email with links to zip files of your hand histories. Download all the zip files. Right-Click > Extract the contents of each zip file to a new folder and then manually import those files by going to the Importing option in the HM Ribbon menu and choosing import from folders in the manual import section. You may see import errors as some of these hands are probably already imported.

The tournament summaries should be attached to the email as .htm files. Download the attachments and repeat the process of importing all the files. If the files are sent as .html you will need to rename them (Right-Click > Rename) from .html to .htm extensions otherwise they will not import. You can view this FAQ for more information on importing emailed hand histories:
http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...dem+Manager%3F

If you continue to have problems even after importing the summaries, please zip (right-click > send to > compressed folder) and email the problem hand histories (HH files) and tournament summaries (TS files). Ok I think I understand. I did not understand that on 'Tournament results', you don't see the results of each tournament individually. It's probably an average of all the tournaments we played. When I click on 'Tournaments', all of the winnings seem to be right for every sit&go. I think other tournaments are ok too (but I lost so My winnings being 0$, maybe it doesn't mean anything).

But for the tournament that I wrote about in my first message, the buy in is ok : 11$. The rake is ok : 1$, but my winnings are not 707,42$ as indicated in HEM2. The tourney started yesterday at 15H15(I'm from Montreal) on pokerstars and had 16 573 players in it. I finished 1299th and won 12,42$ plus 14,37$ bounties.

I did click everywhere correctly in my pokerstars, and I see in HEM, when I click on Site set up, I can see C:\Users\Simon\AppData\Local\Pokerstars\Tournsumma ry+subfolders...... So I think it should be ok ?

I don't care much about importing past hands. If it could work for the futur I'd be happy to move on another topic about HEM2

Thank you!

If the results are wrong it may be the bounties but we can't know unless you send us the HH and TS file for that tournament to test as requested above.

Please zip up and email the problem hand histories with details of the issue you are experiencing or a link to the relevant thread and send it to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

When sending any hand history files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is too big to attach to an email please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox or filedropper and send us the download link.

What exactly did you export? We can't generally import anything that PT4 exports. if you are referring to hand histories you have to get the originals from their processed folder in your users directory.

I have a question and suggestion:

1. Is it possible to bring up notes from the hud WITHOUT showing the small icon? The icon puts the first line totally out of alignment and the vpip/pfr are then aligned differently then other lines ?
Is it for example possible to bring it up as popup or clicking the stat or something?
Or is it possible to display the note icon at the end of the stats?

The suggestions:
1. When i click one of pots on table hud it brings up the replayer... it is great in the grid mode BUT it would be much faster to read if the position of people involved was shown for EVERY action not just on the top for the first actions. Because when there are like 3 poeple on the flop and you want to read this fast you have to look back often what was the position of the player. Maybe it could be displayed in a bit faded color?

2. Also it would be great if in the replayer to have option that you could see all hands from the session not just from the table you opened it from. And in the list of all hands the big pots should be color coded to see fast (same as on the table hud).

3. If the note isnt possible to open as i ask, you should add this. And also allow to choose font size of the note.

Thanks

1 This is not possible but you could create a new panel at the beginning of the HUD config so that the note icon (and autorate badge) were on their own panel so they don't affect your stat/grid alignment.

2/3 - This is not possible and not likely to be implemented in HM2 at this point. 3 was suggested, I don't think 2 was ever suggested. You may want to check out the HM3 alpha feedback preview and make your suggestions there so you get in on the ground floor of providing feedback on HM3 so perhaps the suggestions make it into the next version of HMx.

Hi, I am curious about the exact meaning of datas in the Reports of the tournament results. I am trying to figure out what it means exactly. For example, I understand that I played 26 HU STT 15$ buy in. This part is correct. It then reports I had winnings of 381,46$, but a Net winning of -8.06$. The Net winnings may be right, but I don't really understand then what's the point of a data isolating my winnings ???

Then, my $EV is 400,47$ ?? Then it just gets me confused.. What does this data means exactly ?

Thank you !

Net Winnings are your winnings minus entries/fees. Winnings are your gross/total winnings, $EV (only works in STT) is your Winnings adjusted for all-in equity (what you 'would have won' based on your equity when all-in before the river). The difference between the Winnings and $EV can be seen when you look at the Tournament Winnings Graph report and enable the Options > [x] Luck Adjusted Winnings line.

Hopefully you backed up the database/settings or at least still have the original hands.

Please see this FAQ to transfer/backup data:

http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...dem+Manager%3F

This will ensure that you have your hand histories and HUD saved to import into a new computer, and as a backup to restore in case of an emergency.

The same code can be used on 2 pc's you own at once and can be reset as often as needed. Please try using our site to retrieve/reset the code whenever necessary - https://www.holdemmanager.com/store/login.php

If you have any problems activating the software:

Please see this FAQ for help in resolving licensing issues:
hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/881/I+Can+Not+Activate+or+Register+Holdem+Manager

If you continue to have problems we need you to send us the \HM2Logs folder as explained in the last steps under 'Contact Support'.

As far as configuring the site/HM2 to import hands for the HUD:

Make sure your site is configured to save hands and that HM2 is setup to auto import those hands - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...20Setup%20Info

*Note that we do not support play money hands so you must test/play real money hands when using HM2 - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ay+Money+Hands

Make sure the poker client and hand histories are both in English. If it is not, you need to change it in the Lobby Options or reinstall the software and choose English.

Make sure that the Site Time Adjustment is properly configured such that the Time Stamp in the Reports for the hand matches your local windows clock time - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ime+Adjustment

Please see this FAQ on how to use table finder if you are playing regular non-zoom type tables - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...+not+appear%3F

If you continue to have problems:

Please follow the instructions in the following FAQ and reply back with the answers to the 12 questions in that FAQ. Those answers should help us quickly identify your issue, skipping questions will just mean we have to ask again in the next email and will delay the resolution of the issue - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...es+not+work%3F

Alternatively you can use our Priority Support Tool which often resolves the issue and it will ask you relevant questions and at the end it will forward us the answers if you couldn't resolve it - http://www.holdemmanager.com/store/priority-support/ - look for the 'HUD is not working' topic. Requests via the priority support tool receive higher priority than normal emails.

Ok but I'm still confused, the thing is if I won 100% of my 26(tag count) HU 15$ sit&go, my winnings would be about 390$ minus rake, which makes sense with the 381,46$. But since my net winning is -8.06$ and ITM is 50.0%, the winnings must be wrong ?

I mean, if Winnings = 381,46, ITM = 50.0%, Net winnings = -8.06, Tag count = 26 and Buy in = 15$ Heads up (and my $EV is about 400$)

The numbers don't seem to mathematically don't fit. This is what gets me confused.

Also, I have a difficulty to understand that the EV can not be negative. It's like no matter how much I could lose the $EV is never negative. Sometimes it's 0$ tough. So I'm just kind of confused with that... I mean, I did understand that the EV$ must represent my $EV the time I get all in, I just don't really see what how it can be calculated, since when I lose it's often indicated 0$. I mean I know I did not put my money All In drawing dead all of those times.. But I know I often put All In with the worst odds tough. But still, I never have a negative EV.

I think I understand what these numbers mean, I think I would just need to understand how it is really calculated so it means something to me. Or I would need to know if something is wrong with what I just explained.

I am no expert when it comes to these numbers (I don't ever play tournaments unless it is for testing a reported HUD bug on the sites I play) so you should email us the questions and hands/summaries for our testers to look at. This thread is for simple, quick and easy questions.

If you continue to have problems please zip up and email the problem hand histories with details of the issue you are experiencing or a link to the relevant thread and send it to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth e.g C:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31 or if it was auto-imported with v7283+ it would be in C:\HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.

When sending any hand history files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is too big to attach to an email please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox or filedropper and send us the download link.

Our new beta update should solve this - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...AutoUpdate.exe

We haven't made it live yet as they haven't updated ps.com but this should hopefully solve your issues. If it does not then we will want to start again with a new set of the basic feature logging logs:

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ging#startmenu

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Use the tool in the following link to send a HUD Report - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...Reporting+Tool
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
