Opened my HEM2 today after updating the PS client, zoom HUD no longer working. Regular tables still work fine. Upgraded to latest HEM2 version but the problem persists.

Edit: Was told to update to latest beta and open HEM2 before opening PS. Now everything works fine.

Hi,

How can i adjust horizantal space between lines? I have two lines for notecaddy badges and bottom line badges are a little over top line badges. If i add two "new line", i get too much space..

badges are like this


but i want like this


I found a absurd stat and i added at the end of the first line. i made it font 14 and sample size 10000. Then i got the space, but it show "-" at the end of the line. Changing font of "new line" does nothing. Is there any other way?

Try selecting the HUD Settings > General Settings > Common Settings > Separator = 't' and see if it helps

Not working, and i get very long lines.

oh, I see the issue now. I suggested the wrong thing originally so I apologize. You can try using 'new panel' instead of 'new line' between them and manually positioning the 2 panels so they do not overlap. Beyond that I am not sure how to help so it would be best if you post in the notecaddy thread here or the notecaddy forum on our site.

I don't use badges or Notecaddy, but I'm interested in trying it so I've been reading the Wiki pages

I found this on one of the Wiki pages: By default, badges will scale with the HM2 HUD. That means if you make tables smaller they will get smaller and if you make tables bigger they will get bigger. You can force badges to always show at their normal size by going to file->settings->HUD and unchecking "scale badges in HM2 HUD"

[1] Do you have "scale badges in HM2 HUD" unchecked? If so try checking the box & "Apply"
[2] Increase "stat padding" in General settings & "Apply" [I know it increases the horizontal gap on my HUDs, but doesn't seem to increase the vertical gap as far as I can tell so this advice is probably useless ]

If NC support cannot fix then...
[3] The badges are 16x16 pixels. It would be easy to squeeze the image to 14 pixels tall & put a 2 pixel black line along the top edge... If NC think that's might work I'd be happy to customise your badges if you send them to me [No cost]. It's an easy job.

Create an extra line in your HUD. Place one stat in there: a NC text stat. Have the label in "stat appearance" be a few spaces. Adjust the font of that stat to however small you want the gap to be. If u don't have NC, separate panels manually arranged is the way to go.

Hi,

I was hoping I could get some info on getting the HUD to work with Bovada. I downloaded poker ace and was able to get the hands imported for the sake analyzing my own play, but I'm not sure how to get the HUD to work for my current sessions. Thanks in advance for any help.

They have 2 different tools/converters, you need the card catcher version for the HUD to work. If you have any problems with HM2 using third party tools to use our software with unsupported sites all support will need to be handled by them as we do not provide technical support for problems with our software on unsupported sites.

Everything should be fixed for zoom in the latest beta 8379 as far as I know. You should receive a prompt to update to any new beta once available as long as you have enabled the Settings > General > [x] Prompt for Beta Updates.

IMPORTANT Zoom Installation Instructions:
On the first run, you must start the Hold'em Manager 2 HUD BEFORE you launch PokerStars. If PokerStars is open, you must close PokerStars, start the HUD and then open PokerStars before Zoom HUD will function properly. If the Zoom HUD is not displaying after doing the above, please uninstall PokerStars and re-download and install PokerStars as the PokerStars installation is more than likely corrupted and a PokerStars reinstall should resolve the issue.

If you continue to have problems:

Make sure you always start HM2 first before you open the PokerStars Client. If you closed PokerStars for any reason and did not close HM2 please close them both and start HM2 before you stars PokerStars again.

Hi Fozzy, just got HEM2 - currently playing on ipoker. got 3 mtts going just micro mtts, but the 5 euro rebuy mtt, i can't get the HUD stats to come up.

any ideas?

Make sure the poker client and hand histories are both in English. If it is not, you need to change it in the Lobby Options or reinstall the software and choose English.

Make sure that the Site Time Adjustment is properly configured such that the Time Stamp in the Reports for the hand matches your local windows clock time - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ime+Adjustment

Try the table finder - Please see this FAQ on how to use table finder http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...+not+appear%3F

If you continue to have problems:

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ging#startmenu

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Use the tool in the following link to send a HUD Report - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...Reporting+Tool
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and zip/attach your \HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue, if all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

cheers Fozzy is it anything to do with the MTT name being the 7.5k euro sunday frenzy? the other hud stats are fine on the other tables.

or rather at least i have hud stats, they're all over the place, but i reckon i can work on that.

It is probably a problem specific to that tourney so we will need to see the requested files to get the detection problem fixed. Did the table finder get the HUD to start working for now? If yes, then hopefully it will work again automatically if you get moved tables or next week but that isn't always the case.

I managed to get Hud stats using the table finder method, but when i get moved to another table, no hud stats come up. I was just stoppiong then starting the HUD, that brings the lower buy in MTT up, not the 7.5k euro Frenzy.

Still playing so I'll send you as much as I can - Ipoker time is set to GMT, i am in the UK so GMT fine.

Hi there, i am trying to import hand histories from multiple players which played the same session so that i can review them showing all hole cards, just a standard import didnt work because it didnt import the duplicates again, is there another way to do this?

You can try the force import of previously imported files option. I would make sure you are not doing this with the database you play with normally or you could end up with HUD problems the next time you face any of these players.

Anyone else getting freezes on Party again? Probably HM2 related. Happened few times at a start of a session. Have to kill party from task manager and after continuing there are no problems.

At least one friend is having the same problem.

What logging could help see if it's HM2 related?
