You purchased OM2 small stakes for omaha but are having problems with HM1 small stakes on holdem games?

What sites/games do you play?

Please update to the latest release - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Make sure the hand histories and poker client are in English.

Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts and multiple 'check for updates'), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser) and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).

Try the table finder - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...r+to+Show+HUD+

*If that doesn't help, please answer these questions - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...oesn'tWork

Please email the answers, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com

I am sorry for the delay. We have been very busy trying to get a new HM2 release tested so we can make that public before we update HM1. We also found some problems with HM1 importing/HUD on Cake SNGs/MTTs this weekend that need to be addressed in the next HM1 update. I have re-sent my email again to the developers and my supervisor to see if we can get it moving any faster but I am still unable to give any sort of reliable ETA at this point.

****, really hope this gets fixed asap. It's really affecting a lot of people considering close to 50% of the major mtts are rebuys/cubes. Thanks for sending another email, really hope its gets sped up super fast.

I understand your frustration and wish there was more I could do. If you keep bugging me in this thread, I will keep bugging them via email until we finally get this and the Cake tourney issues fixed. Thank you for patience, or lack of it in this case.

This is usually a firewall or windows update issue.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please try all the following steps - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...rt+PostgreSQL+

Re: Holdem Manager Support

Hey Fozzy. Just upgraded to HM2 with OM2 and am amazed with how easy it was. So thanks for that.

I am a little confused about one thing though. When it automatically imported all my hands from Merge (which I never had set up on HM1) I think it missed some because it missed quite a bit of my profit. Is there any basic explanation for this?

Thanks.

HM2 automatically configures most of the import folders for the pokerclients you have installed on your system. I guess in your Merge folder older hands where automatically deleted by the Merge Client so HM2 could only read the still existing hands.

Same for HM2 but there is another HUD Filter that may be more useful.
HM2 - HUD Options > HUD Filters > Filter by Date:
- include hands newer than 2 months old
- Use last X hands.
Cheers mate, ur a star!

Re: Holdem Manager Support

I bought HEM2 - for no limit holdem low stakes and use it on PokerStars. But... it shows total bull****. It can count games but do not know whether I won or lost - look pretty random. According to number of loses and wins he cannot count total profit. It shows that I was 4x fourth in heads up... O_o I'm playing for two days only this year, onlu HUSNG. Dont know what to think about this.

Re: Holdem Manager Support

I bought HEM2 because the trial worked fine on my laptop. But when I tried to install it on my pc with the serial that worked too! untill I clicked on it and it showed me a message 'hem2 has stopped working ..' immediate crash! And the pc is my primary station so im kinda lost here..

Note: After it didnt work on vista ultimate, I completly formatted my pc and installed windows 7. Net..4 etc is installed with the setup of hem2 and I installed hem2 right after i was done with the setup of w7.

I know there are quite a lot of bugs in there but even getting it started up will bring some relief to me. Thanks!

Any tournament with more than 1 table will require a separate Tournament Summary/History file to be imported for HM2 to properly calculate the size, places, and prizes. If your site does not write summaries, or you experience any discrepancies with the results, you will need to manually edit the results via the Reports > Tournament > Tournaments > right-click > edit.

You may need to request and import any/all of your old tournament histories and import those to HM2. Stars did not write the tourney summaries to your hard drive in the past, like FTP did. They recently added this feature, so please enable the option in the PokerStars client to be sure that it is enabled in the Pokerstars options and be sure that HM2 has added the folder to your Auto Import Folder Configuration.

http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...er+Stars+Setup

Email support@pokerstars.com and ask for ALL your old Hand Histories and Tournament Histories/Summaries.

They will send you an email with links to zip files of your hand histories. Download all the zip files. Right-Click > Extract the contents of each zip file to a new folder. HM > Import From Folder for all of the unzipped hands.

The tournament summaries should be attached to the email as .htm files. Download the attachments. HM > Import File(s) for all of those files. It will probably ask you to search/select your Pokerstars screen name. If the files are sent as .html you will need to rename them (Right-Click > Rename) from .html to .htm extensions.

http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...and+Histories+

If you continue to have problems, please zip and email the problem hand histories. Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).

Reinstall Microsoft .NET Framework:

1) Download and run this uninstaller - http://videos.holdemmanager.com/dotn...eanup_tool.zip
2) Install this one: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/e...5-b386f32c0992

Make sure windows is still fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts and multiple 'check for updates'), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser).

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and attach your log.txt file.

Please zip and email the log file, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to hm2support@holdemmanager.com
