It's the first thing to check - it has to do with how the winning amount is shown - 1.25 compared to 1,25.

Are we talkimg about same thing ? What I was reffering to are the colors at the bottom of the replayer = those little boxes/squares which are presenting particular hands selected to replay.

Got question. I used HEM 2 to play on pokerstars but the last few months i came back to the usa and obviously couldnt play on stars. I then got myself a new laptop b/c the old one is very slow, it was an i3 processor.


So right now im outside the usa and playing on pokerstars and opened up my HEM2. I had installed HEM2 while i was in the usa and made changes to many setttings where it would look like my old laptop.


Right now, i seem to have strange issue. I sat at a 6 max table just to test the hud/hem and even though it shows me importing and starting the hud, i dont see my username on it. Another thing but the current player that is showing on HEM2... thats not my pokerstars screenname. Does anyone know why this is happening? I went to type my username name in and it didn't show anything.


Site setup does show a yellow exclamation point and 3 folders it seems. I dont recall how my old settings in my old laptop looked.



Also i noticed that pokerstars did an update and my ppokerstars got updated to 7. I then reverted back to pokerstars 6 as i liked it better. However, is there a way to make the cashier go back to pokerstars 6? I don't like how the pokerstars cashier looks like at the moment, not sure how i change it.


I have no idea why my HEM2 shows some other players screenname for me. When iinstalled hem2 back in this laptop in the usa, all i did was made some manual changes to the hud where it looks like my old laptop. So this is my first time testing it out but no clue why this is happening.

Couple Questions:

Any way to mark within the stats fish with a color which can be seen very easily? By that I don't mean the auto rate function, I want to do it myself.

Also, can I use a simply hud for Hero but a complicated one for the other players? Because the HUD is big I have trouble seeing opponents cards or betsizes on ipoker for example. So what I would like to do is either not show my own stats at all to have more room at the table or have them very simple. I.e. just VPIP PFR 3BET.

Any chance PLO 5 card and 6 card will be supported? I noticed on stars it actually even showed some pots and stats at the 5card tables. Only worked for a few hands though.

Okay i deleted the first tab in reports. Can someone tell me which tab it is?

The auto rate does what you want. You can manually change the icon, or set it up to assign colored boxes for certain stats/ranges.

In Stat Appearance, uncheck "display for hero" for any you do not need for yourself, and then your HUD will be smaller than the others.

We do not have an ETA for the 5/6 card games. It is a major project. If you wish to be notified when it is added, please email support@holdemmanager.com and ask to be added to HM-6681.

I'm really sorry and I know there is nothing more frustrating than having issues like this when trying to play. I hope i can help you resolve this quickly.

What is your hard drive model, RAM and CPU? You can find this in your Control Panel - System - Device Manager. Sometimes lower spec PC's can contribute to lagging but that is not to say we can't still improve it further.

Are you running Notecaddy also and do you have many definitions or use any of the NC Edge or NC Advantage packages? Those can also have an impact on large database with large definitions. If you do I would suggest reading this thread which will help improve the performance when using NC:

In the meantime while you reply with those details I have a couple of things you can try that will improve the performance of your PC in general and may help if this scanning is the cause of the issues your seeing.

A few other things you could try to see if it helps when playing:
- Does it help you disable the Options > Settings > General Settings > Miscellaneous > [ ] 'Automatically Refresh' option and restart HM2?
- Try leaving HM2 on the 'Home' tab when playing.
- Try picking a villain in the reports that only has a few hands in your database instead of your hero and restart HM2.
- Try creating a new smaller database with just hands from the past 1 or 2 months to use when playing.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem, describe exactly what you were doing, and attach your log.txt file -

My database suddenly ballooned to 186gb out of nowhere and took up the entire space on my ssd. What caused this sudden huge increase?

Yea i downloaded the latest update from the previous page & while it fixes my zoom hud in terms of stats, the tables still freezing every now n again. I guess i will roll back to the older version.

Do you have a lot of Note Caddy definitions? How large is your database?

Do you have an NC package? Is it the premium NC or free?

Please see these steps to reset the Note Caddy notes and free up space:

1) Please open PGAdminIII (Start - Postgres)

2) Enter your pw (default is postgrespass)

3) Open databases - expand DB name - expand schemas - expand public - expand Tables

4) Delete the note_caddy_scatter and note_caddy_data

PGAdmin info screen looks like this:

Our tests are showing that 8267 is not causing freezes. What version are you guys using? We've made 8267 the live beta again.

I just started creating my own custom note caddy definitions so I'm sure that has something to do with it. I have 1.7 million hands in my database.

Followed your steps and it freed up my entire hd. 180gb free out of 238gb. What impact does what I just did have on my hud going forward? and is my hd going to fill up again once i start playing again with hm2 open?

Can you tell me what i deleted here?
